*Inner Monologue*
Mark and myself have been friends for about a year now. I've been fortunate enough to get a great career opportunity in LA. I guess you could say I'm an amature actress who has mostly done work on stage in high school then onto college shows and community theatre. Though I've always wanted to act on screen, and most certainly, on YouTube. I'll be working with an amazing group to do a YouTube comedy series about a goofy news cast. And Mark was very excited to hear about the wonderful news. Mark insisted that I stay with him for a while until we find myself a nice place. Though it took some discussing with him until I finally gave into his kind gesture. So, I'm headed out of this little town in Ohio to LA!

You say your goodbyes to your friends and family and after you do, a few tears start to roll down your face but you wipe them off as soon as possible so no one could see. Your heart begins racing as you pull your luggage through the airport and through the security checks. You didn't have much, you figured you'd take as little as possible
"I'm finally about to live the life I've dreamed of.." You said under your breath as a grin grew on your face.
You finally get into the plane and struggle with putting your carry-on into the above storage.
A very sweet flight attendant walks up to you asking, "Would you like some help, Miss?"
"Uh, no I've got this. Thank you." You still struggle with the bag.
"As a matter of fact... I may just need your assistance!" You say jokingly but embarassed.
"Of course!" The flight attendant gets the bag in with ease and you laugh at yourself for how horrible you were with the luggage.
"Thank you very much!" You say.
"Not a problem, Miss. Now if you could, please take your seat so we can get ready to take off soon."
"Yes, of course." You take your seat, and luckily you get the two seats to yourself. You sit for a moment until you feel your pocket vibrating from a text.
You get giddy when you see who had just messaged you, Mark.
*Text Convo*
Mark: I cannot wait to see you (y/n)!
You: I can't either! It's going to be a bit of a long flight but It'll all be worth it.
Mark: For sure! We are going to have a blast when you get here! Welp, I better let you go. I'll be seeing you at the airport! Have a safe flight :)
You: Oh alright... I'll see you after my flight!
*End Text Convo*
You turn your phone on airplane mode then plug in you earphones to enjoy some music. Afterall, music means the world to you, you don't know what you'd do without it!

After a while of listening to music and gazing out the plane window admiring nature's beauty, you decide to pull out your laptop and wacom drawing tablet and try to recreate some of the lovely sights from just outside the window. And maybe some fanart for Mark and other YouTubers you enjoy watching.
"Hmm. All that time drawing and whatnot and I still have a couple hours left of my flight... Maybe a nap would suffice... I am quite tired anyways."
You thought a little nap couldn't hurt, so of course you took one.

"Miss? Miss?" You hear a gentle voice say as you open your eyes and run your finger through your (h/l) (h/c) hair.
"Hmm?" You say with a deep tone from being tired.
"We are about to land." The flight attendant said.
"Oh... Thanks." You say in a lethargic tone but the tone soon changes when you realize that you are in LA! You pack up your items and put them away in your carry-on in a frantic pace.
"Markimoo!" You say to yourself as you clean up with the biggest smile on your face.
"Must be a very lucky man to have a loving woman like you. Being all excited like that." A woman says with a smile on her face.
"Oh... Hahah, he's just a friend." Your smile slightly fades when you remember that fact.
"Oh, okay." She replied in a sarcastic tone. "Well, I wish the best for both of you."
"Thank you." Your smile returned.
Your flight finally lands and you cannot anticipate any longer. You grab all your carry-on items and hurry out the door to search for your dear friend Mark.
