DEMON'S DEAL

1: The Dream

"Hello?" I said, trying to find the demon that I was supposed to meet up with.

"Well, well, well look who's here. A 15 year old boy who wants to meet a demon, interesting..." I heard an unknown, deep, and scary voice say.

"Where are you?" I tried looking for the source of the voice, but failed. I will be honest, I'm scared as hell but I know I have to do this.

"Look behind you, Jungkook." I did what the voice told me to and almost pissed my pants. He was right behind me and he has that intimidating and scary aura around him that just made me really scared. I don't know what he looks like because he has a hood over his head and I'm actually thankful for that because for sure he has a scary face and I wouldn't want to see that.

"H-How do you know m-my name?"
I really wanna get out of here now. This is such a bad idea, why did I even think of doing this. But I'm here now and there's no going back.

"I have my ways kid, anyways what do you need from me? Make it quick, I don't have that much time."

"I-I wanted to ask a request from you, if that is ok?" I hope he says yes, please say yes. Please say yes. Please say yes.

"I'll grant your request on one condition."

"I'll do anything! Please, please, please just grant my request."

"Anything?"

"Anything." I hope I won't regret this. I don't want to do anything horrible but I'm really desperate now and I don't know what I'm doing anymore.

"Ok then. What's your requests?"

"It's simple. I only want happiness." Thinking about my life made me want to cry. I hated my life. I only wanted to be happy but the world just hates me so much that it'll do anything to make me suffer. I'm tired of it and that's why I approached the demon.

"Happiness? Huh. We'll have a deal then. Happiness in exhange for something I want."

"What do you want in exchange?" Please be something easy. I don't want to do bad things.

"Easy. You'll have to give me a human's soul."

"A-A human's soul?!" What have I gotten myself into?! I knew from the start that this wasn't a good idea. And I was right.

"Deal or no deal?"

"D-Deal." I'm desperate now. I don't want to suffer anymore. I'll have to do this. It's only once, I can do it. I hope I can do it.

"Good. This thing right here will help you capture a human's soul. Once you have one inside, this necklace will immediately go back into my hands."

"I'll do my best." He gave me a necklace with a small bottle. It looks innocent but I know that it isn't.

"Make sure to always wear that. And remember, I'm always watching you."

I bolted up, sweating, as I dreamt of the same dream again for the 4th time this week. I felt this cold and unknown feeling again that something or rather someone, is watching me but me being me, I shrugged the feeling off thinking it was nothing.

I groaned as I started to think that maybe making that stupid deal was wrong.
'What am I thinking, of course it isn't wrong, I did it for me, it was for the best, get it together Jungkook, get a grip of yourself, don't let it affect you, besides, what's the worst thing that could happen?' I closed my eyes then laid down so I could relax for a bit before I prepare for my lectures later.

After a couple of minutes, I turned my phone on to check the time, 3:33AM 'Great.'  I rolled my eyes and sighed as I stood up and fixed my bed knowing I wouldn't be able to sleep anymore after that dream. I went out to the kitchen to get some water to relax a bit since I am still kind of tensed and conflicted but then I suddenly heard crackling sounds as if someone is with me and is watching me, I carefully went out of the kitchen to check who it was even though I know the hyungs are asleep right now and no one is awake during this hour, I went out of the kitchen and went to the living room only to see that no one is there, I sighed and turned around but I didn't expect  h i m  to be right behind me...

"Hyung! W-why are you awake at this time?! You scared the living daylights out of me hyung! Please don't do that again." My eyes were so wide I actually thought it would come out of my sockets and my heart was beating so fast that I think I might pass out any minute

"Relax kid, I just went to check where you were going since I saw you going out of your room while I was on my way to the kitchen." Yoongi hyung replied while chuckling at my current state. "Besides, why are you even awake?"

"I have lectures later at 8:00AM and I haven't studied anything at all so I woke up early to study." I quickly made up an excuse to avoid suspicion.

"Ahh I see, I'll go up now. Goodnight,
gguk"

"Goodnight, hyung" I visibly relaxed as I finally felt relieved knowing that Yoongi hyung didn't get suspicious of me. I can't risk anyone knowing about my dark secret, I can't bear losing someone again. I have to be really careful.

I sighed for the 9th time today knowing that I will have a long long day, I quickly went back to my room to study and prepare when I noticed that there's some black ink on my floor, I swear I didn't spill anything but I wasn't really bugged by it so I just cleaned it up.
