"Do I have to go?" You pleaded with your friend.

"Yes. And it's final. I'm dragging you with me." He grabbed your arm.

"Wwwwhhhhyyyy?" He wanted to bring you bar hopping with him. "I'm comfy here at home."

"Exactly (Y/N). Too comfy. You need human interaction." He told me.

"I'm interacting with a human right now Alex." You said, still trying to stay home.

"No, I'm an unicorn. Doesn't count." He smirked. "Let's get you dressed." He pulls you to your closet. You groan, but let him. He opens the closet door and asks you when the last time you went out was.

"Dunno." You shrugged your shoulders. "You know I would much rather stay at home and mope around." He sighed.

"I wanna see you having fun tonight. Get drunk, let loose. Maybe even you could snag a guy!" He gestured something that you wish he hadn't.

"Shut up. I don't even want to go."

"You shut up. You're going with me whether you like it or not. And it wouldn't hurt if you hooked up with someone." He grinned.

"Fine. I'll go." You groaned. "But don't get your hopes up."

"Yay!" He shoved clothes into your arms. "Now, go get changed so I can put your makeup on!" You headed to your bathroom adjacent to your room and got changed. Alex had picked a light off the shoulder sweater and ripped jeans for you to wear. You were just happy he didn't push his luck even more by forcing you into a dress. You exited the bathroom to be met with a grin. He'd already had your makeup out and was waiting for you.

"Do I have to get makeup done?" You asked.

"I won't overdo it. Trust me." I sat down in front of him and he pulled my desk chair out so he could sit in front of me. He applied eyeshadow, liner, and lipstick that blended with your skin tone perfectly. In the end, it didn't look like you were wearing any at all. "All done!" You looked in the mirror.

"I should go to you all the time for makeup."

"I don't know why you don't already (Y/N)." He joked. "Oh, I forgot something!" He exclaimed.

"What?" He swiftly pulled your hair down from the bun you had it in. "I don't like my hair down Alex!" You whined.

"But you look beautiful with your hair down!" He protested, mocking your voice. He slapped away your hands, which were already trying to put it back up and fixed your hair so it would look better. "Now we're ready." He pulled out a pair of flats for you and stood up.

"I'm only going for you." You tell him, reluctantly following him out the front door to your shared apartment.

"Because you love me." He chirped, opening the door to the passenger side of the car before jogging around to the drivers side. You checked the time on your phone and Alex glanced over. "I don't want to see you on that at all tonight." He warned you. "You're gonna talk to people and dance and drink. No time for phones."

"Fine." You put your phone back in your pocket and got out of the car when it stopped at the local pub. You could hear the music from outside. Today, it was packed with more people than you've ever seen there before. "Alex, there are a lot of people." You said nervously.

"The better to set you up with, my dear." He pulled you into the chaos and immediately ordered drinks. "Look at all the guys here!" He exclaimed. "The fun we're going to have!" You could tell how happy he was to be here, and you didn't want to out a damper on his night. "I don't think we'll be leaving this place tonight." He said as he took his first shot.
