What happens when you push someone to far? Jennifer is about to find out in this wonderfully gory tale. Enjoy and have fun in How Pretty Are You Now!!!
"What's wrong Rachel? I know I'm pretty, but you don't have to stare." she says. God, I hate her. She's one of those snobby kids that think they are better than everyone. Jennifer. Even her name sounds snobby. Ugh. I'm a freak, a sicko, a satan worshipper, according to them. I prefer the term emo. It sounds a little nicer. Jennifer has always teased me. I used to have this friend, Beth. We were close. but then Jennifer got to her. She told Beth not to hang out with me or else. She still tries to be nice to me. Now I'm alone. Actually, I have one friend. His name is Bill. He's in high school and I'm in sixth grade but we hang out after school. He's always nice. He's a football player. And he's popular. Jennifer tried to get to him, but he wouldn't listen to her. Suddenly the whistle blows and pulls me out of my thoughts. Gym is over and it's time to change. I can't wait for tonight. It's going to be just me, Bill, and Jennifer.
I rush to Jennifer after school where she is sitting with Beth. I ask her about the project we were assigned together and she says, "Fine. I'll come to your house and we can finish it. Bye Beth." She and I bike to my house.
She walks up to the front door but I walk around back. "Where are you going freak?" she sneers at me. "Come around back. The front door is broken so we have to use the back. And the project is in my shed in the backyard." I lied. There was nothing wrong with the door. There was nothing in the shed. Nothing except for a table, a metal chair...and a few knives. "Fine but hurry up. Let's go." She replies. I lead her into the shed. "What the-? There's nothing in here." she turns around to face me when I slam and lock the door. And then he jumps out with a cloth and holds it to her face until she stops struggling. He then sits her down in the chair and ties her to it. He pulls out two more chairs and a pack of cards. He sits down and waits for me to finish up. I make sure that the door is locked and the ropes are securely around Jennifer. I sit down across from Bill and we start to play cards. "Now we just have to wait." About a half hour later Jennifer starts to wake. "Ugh. Where..." she manages to mutter before falling unconsious again. "How long does it usually take to wear off?" Bill asks. "Umm....About thirty minutes to an hour." I say as I watch Jennifer. "I have a game soon. When she wakes up we have a little bit of time. Then I have to go. You will watch her while I'm gone, right?" he asks, glancing at his watch. "Yeah. Is it okay with you if I have a bit of fun with her while you're gone?" I say as I pick up a knife. "Yeah. Oh man. I really have to go get ready. I'll be back in an hour or so. See you later." he says as he walks to the door and unlocks it. "Bye." I say and he walks out. I lock the door again and start to play solitare.
Jennifer moans again and her eyes flutter open. "What the-?" She looks around wildly and then she sees me. Her eyes narrow. "You! I should have known! Let me go!" she shouts and starts to struggle against the ropes. I walk behind her quickly and pull a cloth over her mouth. She tries to scream again but the cloth muffles it and she gives up. "Shh... I promised Bill I wouldn't kill you until he was back, but if you continue to scream I'm going to have to." When I say this she quiets down. I tie the cloth behind he so she can't scream. I go to the table and pick a knife. "Let's play a game, huh? Dosen't that sound fun, Jennifer?" I say as I run my knife gently over her skin. I make a small cut on her cheek and she gives a small shout of pain. "What's wrong Jennifer? Does that hurt? Whoops, I let the knife slip." I say softly as I make a long cut down her face. She tries to scream again but it comes out muffled. "What's wrong Jennifer? I guess you aren't used to this. Feeling scared, lost, abandoned. I guess you never get used to it. I never did. The constant teasing, bullying, being friendless. You never knew what that felt like." I touch her hair. "Your hair is so pretty. What a shame." I say as I cut off a piece of hair. The next hour goes like that. Finally the door swings open. Jennifer looks up and sees Bill. She shakes the gag off and yells "Go get the police! Help me!" Bill strides forward and puts the gag back on and then turns to me. "Hey." then he turns to Jennifer and examines her face and adds, "You did pretty good. Wow." He picks up a knife and goes to lock the door. "Do you want to finish her?" he asks. "Yeah. But not now. I want her to hurt. I take out a mirror and hold it up to Jennifer. So she can see her face. Her new face. The one that is all bloody and the one with hair cut off in different places. I rip off her gag. "I'm-I'm horrible! I- I look like- like a- a- monster!" She screams. "Here. This will help." I say. I walk behind her and put the gag back on. I bring the knife up and swing it downward. Down to her. Into her eye. Then I do the same thingto the other eye. I smile as I hear her scream. I decide it is time. Time to end this. I stab her quickly in the heart and it's done. Her screams stop and so does her heart. "Another one bites the dust." Bill says standing up. "Let's get this cleaned up." he adds as he tosses me a garbage bag.
The next day at school I'm a bit tired. It took a while to clean up. They make an announcement that Jennifer is missing. Wow. I wonder what happened to her.
After school Beth and I start talking. "Didn't she go over your house last night?" she asks. Shoot. "Yeah. How many other people know?" I ask. "Umm... Just me I think." she says after thinking. Good. It is a shame though. I always liked Beth. "Do you want to come over and we can look for clues about where she went?" I ask. "Sure. Maybe we'll find something." she says as we walk over to the bike rack. Oh, well. I guess the least I can do it make it quick.
I hope you loved that horrific story. I hear that Rachel and Bill left state and are now happy together. They do have some stange hobbies, don't they?
