Y/n: come on Gaige if you want to come with me then hurry up.

y/n is seen tapping his foot as Gaige is slowly hovering behind him.

Gaige: well I'm sorry y/n but this heat is....well..... overheating my systems.

Y/n: ugh fine come one.

He walked back to her and put her on his shoulder.

Gaige: yay...

Y/n: your lucky that I let you come along because of what you did.

Gaige: yeah....

They kept walking but along the way y/n kept getting a strange feeling.

Y/n: hey gaige...

Gaige: yes Y/n?

Y/n: hold on tight.

Gaige: what do you mea-AAAH!

Y/n's walk turned into a full on Sprint causing gaige to almost fall of.

Y/n: I told you to hold on!

Gaige: Why are you even running?!?

He didn't answer her and kept running.

2 hour timeskip.

y/n is seen with his hands on his kneecaps while breathing and sweating heavily.

Y/n: *panting* alright I think I lost it.

Gaige: umm....y/n...

Y/n: *panting* hold up.......Gaige.... let me..... catch my breath....*takes off mask* there..... that's better, phew now *stands up normally * what were you saying Gaige?

Gaige: where are we?

Y/n now actually paying attention looked around seeing they were in unfamiliar territory. Aka a city he hasn't been in yet.

Y/n: I don't know.... but hey their might be some loot around.

He put his mask back on and started to walk around.

5 minutes later.

Gaige: hey Y/n look at that statue.

She was pointing at a statue of a baseball player.

Gaige: who is that?

Y/n: I don't know Gaige I can't read anything except for the word "diamond city"....huh must be this place....let's keep looking.

Gaige: ok

Y/n walked away from the statue with Gaige on his shoulder. They walked toward a tall broken down tower.

Y/n: hey Gaige I was wonde-

Not a second later a laser shot coming from his left nearly hits him.

Y/n: Santa María!

He quickly ducks for cover over some rubble and pulls out his black shotgun. He then pushed a button on the side of the handle and aimed it at the tower the attacker was in. He fired and an explosion destroyed the building and whoever was in it.

Y/n: Jesus..... talk about over kill.

Gaige: that.....was..... AWESOME!! Is that one of the new guns?
