Chap 9

Gabby's POV

"Well, we're done here," I said. "Setting up is done."

"We can't start yet," said Drew sitting down. "Our introduction is still over there chatting away."

"Hey Alexis," I said. She looked at me. "We're ready." Alexis walked over to me as I handed her Blake's mic. "You okay?"

"He's chatty," said Alexis.

"Most of them haven't seen girls in a while," I said. "Go on." Alexis got onstage. "Mic's on."

"Hello," said Alexis. Sound didn't go through the speakers. "It's not working."

"It's on," I said. Alexis grabbed the batteries off the table and put it in the microphone. "That's what I forgot."

Alexis got back onstage. "Hello?" asked Alexis as her voice went throuugh the speakers. "There we go. Okay, we're going to start the concert off." I smiled. "Five of your beautiful little girls will be up here to be serenaded."

"If you grant us permission," said Jonnie.

"Yeah," said Alexis. "So, here we go." She put the mic on the stage floor and got off. She sat down next to me. "How was that?"

"You did good, gorgeous," I said. Drew and came and sat next to me. We held hands. "Hm..."

"You guys together?" asked Alexis.

"Yeah," said Drew.

"Awe!" exclaimed Alexis. "Too cute!"

"You knew, didn't you?" I asked.

"I knew the guys," said Alexis. "And Drew really likes you."

"I hate you," I said.

"She loves you," said Drew. "I see how she treats you."

"Thanks Drew," said Alexis. "I always care for my Gabby Cat."

"Gabby Cat?" asked Drew.

"It's my nickname from my gorgeous best friend," I said.

Drew's POV

"Cute nickname," I said.

"I like the one you gave me," said Gabby.

"Gabs," I said.

"That was nothing," said Drew.

"Guys," said Alexis leaning in. "Tomorrow is Britt's birthday."

"What?" I asked. "TC has to go somewhere though."

"For how long?" asked Alexis.

"Three to four days," I said. "He said he has it covered."

"Okay," said Alexis. "I'm trusting you on that."

"How old will she be?" I asked.

"Twenty four," said Alexis.

"Alright," said Gabby.

The concert ended and we walked outside. "Why is there a limo?" asked Britt.

"I'm sorry babe," said TC. "I gotta go out for business."

"How long?" asked Britt hugging him.

"Three to four days," said TC hugging her back.

"But tomorrow," said Britt.

"It's her birthday," I said.

"I know it's your birthday but Jayk's going to make it very special for you," said TC. "I made him promise me that much got you."

"But I want to hang with you," said Britt.

"Britt," said Alexis.

"I gotta go," said TC. "I'll be back soon."

"Okay," said Britt. "I love you."

"I love you too," said TC.

He got into the limo as we waved goodbye. "Now what?" I asked.

"We make her happy," said Alexis.

"I'm not feeling it today guys," said Britt. "Let's just head back to the hotel."

"She's not going well," said Alexis.

"We have to do something," said Gabby.

"Let's go back to the hotel first," I said. "Like always."
