The Day I Met You (A Dana Vaughns Fanfic)

Chapter 7

      Destinee's pov

I woke up in the morning smiling cause I had thought about me and dana's date last night. And then it dawned on me will those pictures be in the magazines? I just brushed it off. I got up and went to the bathroom to do my normal routine. Cause this morning I had my first song coming out! And I had to do a interview OMG!

     Hanna's pov

That girl just won't listen will she? Let's just say that yesterday with the paparazzi was my doing. I paid them to take pictures and put them in the magazines so that she will get hate from all of Dana's fans. I don't care about her! I just want her to step out of my way. It is my time to shine and no body will steal that from me.

I turned on the radio so that I could sing while I was doing my hair. Then the worst possible song came on....

"Okay here we go. The most requested song to be played on the radio and it just came out this morning. Just a little bit of your heart by Destinee Monroe" the radio host said.

Ugh I just can't get away from her can I?

"I don't ever ask you where you've been. And I don't feel the need to know who your with. I can't even think straight but I can tell. That you were just with her an-"

I just turned it off! I can't do this I want to ruin her career I have to!! It's been about 5 minutes so I turned back on the radio.

"Alright y'all we got your favorite girl in the building! Miss Destinee Monroe!" The radio host said.

"Hi! It's nice for u all to have me today!" Destinee said.

"So we all wanna know. Are u and Dana dating? Cause there are pictures of last night you all went to dinner" he said

What!!! They went to dinner! OMG no!

"Well of course we went to dinner. We are friends and friends can go to dinner. Right? Is it so wrong that a boy and a girl can be friends?" She said

Ugh she was lying through her teeth. Something has to be done about this.

     Destinee's pov

I was in the radio station doing my interview when they asked me if I was dating Dana. I was shocked but I really don't know where we stand in our relationship.

"Well of course we went out to dinner. We are friends and friends can go out to dinner. Right? Is it so wrong that a boy and a girl can be friends?" I said

He and the rest of the crew just laughed and said okay. Well I'm glad they changed the subject.

*later that night*

I finally got home around an hour ago. My parents and I talked for a long time. And my dad couldn't stop listening to my song. It was a great experience to hear myself on the radio. Just then I heard the doorbell ring.

"I'll get it" I told my parents then went to open the door.

I opened it and there stood Dana looking extremely hot!

"Hey dana! What going on? Come on in." I said

He said Hey then came in. "I just wanted to say that you did an amazing job today! And that I was in the car driving when your song came on. And I bought you some of your favorite flowers." He said while smiling

"Well thanks dana! I really appreciate it!" I said while taking the flowers

"So I had fun last night." He said while putting his hands in his pockets.

"Me 2. I really enjoyed the movie and of course the food" I said

"So maybe we could go out again sometime." He said while looking deep into my eyes.

"I would like that Dana Vaughns!" I said while giggling.

He just smiled and laughed and then just like that....he kissed me...

"I'll text you later beautiful" he said while walking to the door.

"Okay" I said

And then he left. He is just such a good guy....
