It was a very dark afternoon like it normally was at this time of day, never very sunny, increases chance of vampires flying around in the cold night sky. Like the sun was having it's eternal nap
A large house in a village was over-towering him, blocking the other houses that were behind it
He knocks the gigantic metal door, hoping to get an answer, "are they even home?" Carl asks
The door opens and someone peeks through, "Van Helsing is it?" She asks
"Yes, that's me" he answers
"Come in, don't be too loud, my daughter hates strangers and loud noises," she opens the door and lets them in. "Follow me, my family was waiting for both of your arrivals. Just in this room," there was chatting coming from the room as they all walk in
"Boys, we have our visitors, food is there so you can help yourselves" they stopped chatting
One spoke, "finally they're here, there definitely isn't enough time for chit chat. Sit down so we can get you on your way"
Both men sat down and helped themselves to food, a maid brought a bucket of meat in the room and put it in an empty place
"So, we knew that this job would, hopefully, not be too hard for you both to complete, after the death of Dracula..."
The lady buts in, "We believe you can do it, as you have everything that is needed, apart from a few things we will get through in a minute"
"Did I miss anything, mother?" A person asked from the dark corridor, that was smoking 🚬
"No, we were just getting started darling. Please join us, your food is here too"
The women at the door blows out the last bit of smoke which came out as a shape of a wolfs head

"Who's this mother? Another stranger... strangers even... that you know I don't like" she said in a deep, cold tone
"Maria, this is Van Helsing and Carl, they are going to help us... and before you say anything we do need their help. I know what you're like"
"No, you do not know what I'm like," raising her voice slightly "I don't need a stupid, death ridden monster freak, and a monkey looking, religious midget"
"Not very nice," Carl whispers to Van Helsing
"So thanks but no thanks," Maria starts eating a cow heart that stunk for everyone else
"Well, I'm sorry sweetheart but there is no other choice," her mother says
"Yeah, Whatever"
"Well, they did kill Dra..."
"Dracula, I know. Everyone heard it, I was even there at times. *tut* him being bitten by the now dead werewolf and being able to go back to human which I CAN NOT FUCKING DO!" She shouts, eyes turning white, taking another bite out of her food
"Sorry to interrupt you but you are a werewolf then, yes?" Carl asks
"No shit..."
"Sorry..." he says quietly
"Anyway, the reason we need you two is because, not all of Dracula's vampires have been killed, which means they are going to try and bring him back to life"
"What? How is that possible? I thought that when he was killed, all of the vampires of his were killed" Van Helsing says
"Unfortunately not, one of them was able to be protected from this, and have waited all these years to get him back again"
"But why have they waited this long?" Van Helsing asks
"We are not too sure, maybe to not make anyone suspicious but, we found out as I saw the vampire flying past our house"
"Did anyone else see it?" Carl asks
"No, just me. I'm glad no one else did," Florence replies. "As you know, Maria can't do it on her own, so she will need to make you a werewolf again so you can help"
"Wait, no way. I'm not biting anyone," Maria replies, crossing her arms
"I'm sorry darling, but there won't be any other way. He is the most experienced monster hunter and no one else is as good as him"
"I don't care..."
"As I said there is no other way. I do not want you to get hurt..."
"I'm not biting him! End of discussion!!" She throws the bucket across the place, the animal parts everywhere as she stormed out and growled
"I'm sorry about her, she lost her boyfriend not too long ago"
"Oh, I'm sorry" Van Helsing says
"They basically had been together for 2 years, and both loved each other, like no one can imagine. They always spent time with each other, never left each other's sides. Until, it was actually Dracula who attacked them both, made him evil to try to kill Maria. That's when she got bitten by him, as a hunter appeared and shot him with bullets. Dracula disappeared, and left him to die as the hunter disappeared too. She cried for days on end, when she found out she was like him, it was hard for her, and us to comprehend. Especially when her first transformation appeared, she wanted to keep herself locked away from others. Scared that the beast would take over her. She was obviously happy when she found out Dracula was killed, but was still depressed and is now like this. Definitely will be for the blood moon soon"
"What is the hunters name?" He asks
"Ştefan..."
"Thank you. Again, I'll go talk to her about it, do not worry" he says
