It was a calm night, like any other. Nickel couldn't sleep for what seemed like weeks and tonight was no different. He watched TV until he eventually managed to doze off. But this time, something was wrong. Nickel was too sleepy to realize, of course, but there was a hidden static coming from the TV set, during a confusing and unusually long commercial for the newest Meeple product. Nickel soon fell asleep. And soon, he got up and walked right out of the hotel, in the middle of the night, as if he did that every day, err NIGHT, of his life.
The TV was left on. The static never stopped.
