Hello, Namaskar, Bonjour, Hola!

Welcome to Married My Enemy

This is the first book of the Rajput Series!

This story is based on a Jaanvi, raised by a single father in Delhi. On her 25th birthday she's given a big news of a marriage proposal coming her way from the eldest child of the Rajput family, Kiaan. She hates him. He doesn't like her too much either but they learn to get used to each other and act like mature adults. Throughout this journey of Ups and Downs, Kiaan becomes Jaanvi's strength once she discovers an ugly truth of her mother's death while giving her (Jaanvi) birth.

Opinions [added on 14/07/2024] - I cannot believe I have to physically type this out for some people, but here we are since most people do not live outside of Indian television and books that encourage submissive female leads. I will not tolerate a single comment about Jaanvi being immature, childish, selfish, angry and etc. It will not take me long to strip you down to tears, if necessary.

You don't like a character? Cool, stop reading. Nobody asked you to stay, especially for such a long book. I would much rather you save your anger and energy and invest it in a basic book than continue reading this and getting angry at Jaanvi.

Jaanvi is written the way she is (explained in the prologue). She's a character with flaws. She's human. She's us. She's not some daughter-in-law from Indian serials (i.e., Gopi bahu or Simran). She's a woman with trauma, with insecurities, with fear, hurt and hope for love. Any and every interaction she has with Kiaan is not to be taken seriously. They're not to be taken in a serious direction. They have known each other from childhood, with history, with comfort, with feeling. And most importantly, security. We will we our best and worst with those who we trust and that's Jaanvi with Kiaan. So do not go overboard with your characterisation of emotions.

Comments- I honestly appreciate both positive and negative comments to improve my writing skills or plot but that does not mean you can write down bullshit. I will not tolerate rude comments especially when I put out most of my school holidays/weekends writing this

All characters are made by me. They have nothing to do with real life people. This is a fictional story made just to pass out a message that I strongly believe in.

Thank You for choosing to read my book. I appreciate every single one of you.

:)
