I woke up somewhere in the forest just outside what looks like an exit that had been recently torn through. There was no sign of link but I seemed to be in a relatively peaceful clearing, There was someone here, she kind of looked similar to Hilda but her hair was lighter in color. "Nice to see you up." the lady said. " I need to get back to my friend, he looks almost exactly like me but with blonde hair and green clothes" I quickly shouted. "Your best bet is to track your way back to the start of the dungeon, However we are very deep in, it's uncharted on the map that hand took you sub-level 9 and I heard you and found a way out" said the lady. She took out our bag my sword and what looked like some makeshift armor mixed with a purple version of Link's tunic. "Here, I made you some armor you had muttered something about Link when you were unconscious. I figured you'd go to find him, this armor is forged with the sword of Stalblind and the hair of Dharkstare it will give you protection." the lady said handing me the armor "um, Thanks! I never did get your name!" I said in response. The lady answered with "It's Seres." I headed on my way through the skull which led to a tunnel walking slanted. It was sort of grimy with no stone just dirt. It ended up in a room full of sleeping lynels. They didn't seem like regular lynels though, they had weird black metal armor emitting a strange dark purple and red aura. They had a piece of armor with purple master ore embedded in it on their face in the shape of diamond goggles. It didn't look right though, they had the goggles chained on to their face not like they put it on themselves, not that they could they had no hands. I saw a ledge which might be a way out of there but no way up. I remembered I had the items and used the awesome tornado rod (patent pending) to fly up I used it with great swiftness towards the ledge. I barely made it, actually so "barely" that I was hanging on to it by my hand. Between the tornado rod and me hanging on for dear life it made enough noise to wake up the lynels. They awakened with glowing red eyes that looked like it wasn't theirs. Suddenly one of them rushed at me and blasted fire at me and hit me square on the chest. the fire clashed with my armor and started to damage. It took the hit but I figured I better not risk it again. A white lynel with red eyes rushed at me but he didn't have armor, he used his head to fling me on his back lept on one of the armored lynels heads and taking a huge leap to the ledge. It rammed the door open while I jumped off and closed it after we were in the next room. You might be thinking, Ravio, why are you trapping yourself with a lynel? I would rather take my chances with the one that just saved me rather than the psychotic bloodthirsty ones in the other room. The lynel looked at me and said " You alright?". "Whoa you can talk?" I responded in shock. "Yes lynels are a very intelligent race but usually don't talk to humans on account of their mouths being full of fire ready to kill them, that's aside the point . Are you okay?" He shot back, seemingly offended. "Uh, yeah I'm fine thanks to you." I said back to him. "You got a name?" said the lynel "Ravio, you?" I said before he quickly responded " Magnus, I'm an albino lynel also known commonly as a silver lynel". he said explaining and then continued to say "Some strange shadow guy came here and armor flew on them and the guy was using some kind of scanner but my eyes are already red so it didn't do it to me". All I knew is it was a threat to Hyrule and Lorule so I needed to find someone who already dealt with one of the threats. Oh wait I know someone but I have to fight through an entire dungeon with no real experience of combat and only a sword, items, a bit of armor that got burned at my disposal and... "MAGNUS" I shouted to which he looked at me quizzically and said "Um, yeah?" " I know a guy who can help save the lynels and defeat that shadow menace! He's in this dungeon, he's my friend but we got separated. If we get to the main exit we might be able to find him!" I said excitedly to which he responded "Well, it's a long shot but if we can save everyone it will be worth it " I hopped onto his back and we advanced to the next room. We were blazing through rooms, there were enemies and obstacles but nothing a bunch of crazy awesome items and an extremely proficient lynel couldn't handle though Magnus did most of the work while i just got a couple of enemies, still I helped. We got to about sub-level 4 when we were faced with a strange shadow creature, Magnus whispered to me "That's the thing that possessed the other lynels." I fell off of Magnus's back as he charged towards the shadow creature, the creature dodge and Magnus nearly ran into the wall as a result. The creature created a barrier around us, with only him and I inside it, it appears he didn't want Magnus to have any part of this battle. I trembled in fear as the creature spoke in a deep and frightening voice, "So you're the famed Hero of Lorule? I expected someone more... heroic, brave, strong, and you know... just generally not a coward like you." I would've gotten mad at him but... I was too busy being scared and quaking in my boots. Despite that though, I drew my sword and held it ready in a pose like Link would do, but it was significantly less cool because of the shaking. I started to charged at it, tripped, got back up, and continued to charge. It dodged my attack for the most part but I still grazed it. I quickly turned around to face him and slashed him with my sword causing him to stumble backwards, but only slightly. I managed to get a couple more attacks in while he was in front of me before he jumped backwards. I pulled out my Fire Rod and used it on him, he dodged as fast as he could, he appeared to be scared of it. Magnus then shouted "Ravio! He's a shadow, he's probably scared of the Fire Rod because it creates light!" I continued to try to hit him with the Fire Rod but he kept dodging. I quickly pulled out the Ice Rod and used it to make ice crash on him from above, for a second he was left open by it so I wasted no time using the Fire Rod on him. The attack from the Fire Rod hurt him significantly, He staggered backwards and appeared to be hurt, I quickly used this opportune moment to hit him again with the Fire Rod. He angrily responded "Why you... perhaps I under estimated you initially... but make no mistake... that Fire Rod is the only reason why you're still holding up in battle." I ignored what he said, used the Ice Rod on both side of him and quickly used the Fire Rod on him, he tried to dodged but got caught in between the fire and ice, leaving him weakened and open for a large barrage of attacks with the Fire Rod. The shadow creature stood up and said "That's enough! I will not allow you to kill me!" He summoned some kind of large explosion at me, everything was engulfed in black smoke and when it cleared there was no sign of me. "Should've just done that from the start, that's what I get for playing with my prey. Now time to deal with the lynel." he said, assuming he killed me when in reality I had used the Tornado Rod and was handing onto a root sticking out through the ceiling with my scarf. He lowered the barrier to allow Magnus, who winked at me briefly signaling that he knew I was there, to approach him. Magnus chased him hitting him at the opportunities he had, he eventually stopped him somewhere he grabbed him and held him right under where I was. I dropped down and planted my sword into the shadow creatures head. I back flipped off of him, which is something I've never done before, Magnus let go of him and he staggered backward, he had a huge cut in his head left by my attack and by now most of the shadow making him up had dissipated revealing something, a core. I used the Fire Rod on him again, lightly pushed him which was enough to make him fall to the ground, and then jumped into the air and stabbed his core with his sword. The shadow dissipated entirely, his core appeared to be some kind of glowing purple gem and upon stabbing it, my sword absorbed it seemingly making it stronger. Magnus went over to me, "You've defeated the force that held my fellow lynels, I see no reason to dwell here, you did wish to return to your friend did you not?" I nodded, he took out a fruit and cut it in half, "This is a Scoot Fruit, it will take us directly to the exit of the dungeon." we both ate our halves and appeared in the entrance room immediately afterwards. Link came out of the door on the left, if the maps I read earlier were to be believed that meant he likely circled around part of the dungeon, he turned to see me. He drew his sword and started towards Magnus but I blocked him, "This is Magnus! He helped me get out of this dungeon, don't hurt him!" Link sheathed his sword, "Alright, I'm glad you're safe!" I walked over to him and hugged him briefly, "I'm glad I'm safe too. A lot of crazy stuff happened, in short, I killed a shadow thing and saved the lynels." Magnus handed me a little badge that looked like a lions head, "This is a Lynel Badge, it's a symbol of the upmost respect among lynels, having this makes you an honorary lynel. As long as you're wearing this lynels won't attack you." I took it and smiled while Link looked a little surprised that Magnus could talk. I pinned the Lynel Badge to my shirt and looked at Link, "Well this is pretty neat. Too bad we never got the Master Ore though..." Magnus looked at him, "You were after Master Ore? We lynels have plenty, since this place used to be a mining facility we took advantage of that. Have some, you deserve it for all you went through to help us." He handed me 5 Master Ore. I waved Magnus goodbye as Link and I walked out of the dungeon. "Sorry. I knew you wanted us to go and find it and not have someone give it to us." I said to Link. He smiled at me and responded "That wasn't the point. The point is that you earned it. Sure Magnus gave it to you but he did so because you saved them. Congratulations Ravio, you're officially a hero." I smiled more than I thought was even fathomable, I'm a hero! We pretty much just peacefully walked through the forest and to the castle. "Hey Ravio I was wondering, why don't you have some kind of Lorule version of the Master Sword since you're the hero here?" Link asked me, to which I responded "There's been one rumored to have existed once before, but after the first Ravio, the Hero of The Surface, it hasn't been seen since. If it does exist, it's whereabouts are unknown, even to Hilda." Link smiled a little, "Well, at least you got one now." I then decided to mention something to him, "Oh yeah, when I fought that shadow guy I stabbed his core and my sword... absorbed it. Has that ever happened for you?" Link looked a little confused, "Huh... well since it wasn't magically forged and done normally it doubt it's the sword alone... maybe the sword does that because you're wielding it. Because mine doesn't." We both shrugged, by now we were entering the castle. We were approaching Hildas room, we could hear her talking to herself. "Ravio is supposed to be in Lorule, people said they had seen him... Perhaps he merely forgot something and has already returned to Hyrule. Or most likely he's doing something rupee related no doubt... He's quite greedy when it comes to rupees..." I opened the door and said "Hey!!! I'm not that greedy! And for your information it wasn't rupee related, Link dragged me here on a quest." Hilda turned around and looked at me, "Ravio! You're back!" The two of us hugged for a second. "Link brought me here on a quest, which ended in me killing a shadow, by the way I'm honorary lynel now, anyways since we were here we figured we'd come visit." Link walked inside the room and the three of us sat down and talked for a while. Once it started to get dark we left the castle and went through the portal back to Links- I mean our house. I went into the bathroom (which exists because... otherwise there's one room) to change into my normal weird bunny robe thing I usually wear, after I finished I walked out and plopped down onto my bed, my rabbit hood fell onto my face as I was doing so. Link chuckled a little at it before going to lay down in his own bed and saying "Goodnight Ravio." I muttered "Goodnight Link" and then promptly dozed off.
