There he found me sitting on the floor with my books in my lap and crying. I was the only girl at Reed City High school who didn't have one friend in the hole wide world besides my journal. He was the new boy and I have no idea how he found me but let's just say I am glad he did.
The day started out like any ordinary day. I got up and wrote in my journal and went down stairs to eat ego waffles just like I do every Wednesday morning. Then hopped in my jeep and drove to school. When I got there he was sitting in the lunch room with his parents and Mr. Salerno. He was tall and blue eyed, and had brown hair. He looked up at me and smiled so I has to smile back. I kept on walking until I got to my locker. As I was trying to find my books I heard Mr. Salerno coming. I slammed my lock and quickly walked away but apparently not fast enough.
He yelled, "Hey,Rachel, I just wanted to introduce you to are newest student Justin Hawthorn."
" Hi", I said and quickly turned away. I did not have any friends and I wanted to keep it that way. The only friend I every had was when I was in 6th grade and she ended up betraying me for popularity. That is the end of that.
When I finally reached room 143 for trigonometry I saw her sitting there with her little poesy or what ever it is.
In a very mocking voice Tiffany said, " hello" , and under her breath "bitch." They all laughed, and went on talking.
I walked passed and pretended like I didn't hear her, and after a few grueling minutes Mrs. Sanders said," Has most of you know we have a new student at our school. He will be coming around to each class to introduce himself. I want you all to very kind and welcoming."
Right after she said that we heard a knock on the door. Mr. Salerno came in with Justin. He saw me and gave me the silent what up node. I smiled but then wheat right back to my normal face. Mr.Salerno told us what Justin's name was and then let him do the rest.
Justin said, " Well, I came from Chicago........ A hole lot of boring stuff, and then the end."
I was guessing he probably had that memorized by now.
Once he left Tiffany jerked around and said ," I can't believe he smiled at you and didn't even look at me. Did you already meet him?"
She didn't even give me time to answer before she turned around. I was just happy that made her mad. Once we got out of class I went to biology. Today we got new lab partners, and guess who was in this class. Justin. Oh joy. He ended up being my lab partner because he had told Mr. Hendy that he already new me. He told me this while we were in the middle of reading from our books. Which was totally fine with me because I had already gone through the topic before, and Justin was honestly really hot. Justin ended up talking to me the whole rest of the class about how this school was so much smaller and how never talked, and on and on and on about himself and how weird I apparently was. The class,finally ended and I was off hopefully to computer apps without Justin in it.
