<P>"10, 9, 8.." I didnt hear the rest as i zommed by from room to room. Today is my birthday. </P>
<P>"Marielle ready or not here i come." I swished by mounds of people ,sarah would get me anytime soon. I ran out of the apartment door and into the elevator. I decided to press it by my date of birth. 1,2, 25,2,0,0,1. But i couldn't find 0's so i pressed some 9's instead. Just then i was being pushed up at tremendous speed as i fell to my knees.</P>
<P>the elevator doors opened and i jumped out.I looked around only to be surrounded by a forest.Forest? but i was inside my apartment i soon had a bad feeling but i moved striaght into it. My head became dazed as i stared at all the beautiful flowers that led a path to a white big house. It resembled the white house. And i became giddy with excitement. i was going to meet the president!</P>
<P>I ran into the house. "Mr.president?" I said, there was an echo , and i walked down the long corridors of the house. I made it to a door , took a deep breathe and threw it open. </P>
<P>"intruder!" soemone yelled, as two men picked me up by my arms and took me to a man with white long hair. He seem to resemble a judge. </P>
<P>"let me go!" i screeched. I turned to look at all the faces staring at me in wonder/ I bit down on to the mans hands and tried to run as half my body was o the ground but the other man wouldnt let me go. i screamed as a shock of electricity surged through me. I heard the judge man say "take her to a cell." and then i was silenced as the darkness over took me. </P>

<P> i threw myself up only to find myself where i had been for 12 years straight. In a cell, in total darkness. 'it was only a dream' I told myself as i wiped away all the sweat from my forehead. My namesmarielle, Im seventeen, and i was five when i got lost and ended up in Burnice. I was locked away for knowing the secret. The secret entrance, and soon after that the most sacred secret; they had powers. </P>
<P>The door to my cell creaked open, a strip of light blinding me</P>
<P>"well i see your up." I scoweled at the voice. Chris Matthews i hated this man. My 'Owners' Brother. hes 36 And a creep. He find every way possible to make my life a living hell. </P>
<P>"don't look at me like that!" He said holding up his hands, his eyes turning from there normal Hazel to black. I cowered in a corner and he laughed with amusement as his eyes went back to hazel. He came next to me as i pressed my body against the wall, willing myself to disappear, but this was real life that didnt happen, although Sranger things have happened. He lifted his hand and struck me on the cheeck . My face was burning from the impact. I glared at him, willing myself not to cry in front of him.</P>
<P>He grabbed me by my ponytail and dragged me out into the unsanitary bathroom."Get showered dressed and clean this bathroom!" He yelled making me flinch, he smirked and walked back upstairs. </P>
<P>I breathed a sigh of relief and Closed the door. This place hadnt been cleaned in ages, i should know im the one who does the cleaning around this place. I turned on the water and as usual no hot water. I mentally slapped myself for even thinking they would have any compassion towards me. I stripped myself naked as the tub began to fill up. I closed the water and dipped a toe in. I shivered as the cold came in contact with my skin. I decided to do the only logical thing and throw myself in. </P>
<P>The water splashed everywhere, and i arcged my back until my body was used to it and slowly relaxed. I washed myself with the soap they gave me to use. I habd to save it though. Its for three whole months. I grunted as i had to air dry and shivered with my teeth clattering loudly. I slipped on my dress and found a bucket and cleaning products and was off on the task, scrubbign furiously at every inch of tile. </P>
<P>I finally finished and headed upstairs into mr.connors Office. I walked down the endless hallways, if i wasnt smart enough i would have gotten lost here a long time ago. I made it to his door and stared at the carving. It had an eagle with its wings outstreched and soemthing in it beak. Its prey, i was mr.connors prey. I thought as i walked inside closing the door behind me. </P>
