The gang continued their journey to find the weapons of the kings and the trails awaiting Ren. During their time on the road, they recalled old memories from the past. Memories of which came from when they were children.
Fire burned the darkness. A baby infant cried, its clothes and snow white hair soaked in crimson blood. A gigantic snake-like tail slithered its way towards the helpless baby. Two massive swords rose from the ground. A six-armed female demon with the lower body of a snake, towered over. It tilted its head as the infant continued to cry.
Then out of nowhere, two swords made of magic struck the demon. Armored knights surrounded the beast as King Hanzo stepped forward and summoned more magical weapons around him and attacked.
Everything went black after that. The infant's eyes now opened to a bedroom with the nurse's arms wrapped around its small body.
--Present Day--
"Ren."
Ren opened his eyes after hearing his name being called out. Everyone was still on the road ever since they got back from their vacation.
"Wake up, Ren. We're almost there." Zane said.
"We're hear already?" Ren yawned.
"Not quite. Just stopping once more to top off the tank." Lucinda said.
"While we're at it, let's get something to eat. I'm starving!" Blaze complained.
"You and me both." Garroth said.
Ren smiled then laid back down on the couch. "Wake me when we get there." He said before dozing back to sleep.
Hours later, the gang parked the RV at a gas station and went into the diner.
"Ready to order?" The waitress asked behind the counter.
They looked through the menu, but were having trouble deciding on what to eat.
"What to choose, what to choose." Garroth then turned to Ren. "What're you getting, Ren?"
The waitress head the name and looked at the nine-tailed boy. "Ren?"
Zane stepped in on time and pushed Ren aside. "Burgers and drinks for four. We'll leave the details up to you."
The gang got their food and dig in. Ren acting picky as he removes the lettece and tomato from his burger.
