It was another normal typical day in Domino City, but that problem is that it isn't today is Valentine's Day the day where everyone spends the day with their special someones or people they care about; except Joseph “Joey” Wheeler.

The blonde was sitting in a local coffee shop drinking a Carmel lattè just thinking about some things, everyone had someone they we're spending the day with someone special or someone they deeply care about all except for him; his father is a drunk they is always hung over his mom is long gone and his little sister Serenity was spending the day with her boyfriend Duke.

“Sir would you like another refill on that or would you like you're check?” a lady asked holding a notebook
Joey looked up at her before giving her a small smile.
“I'll take my check thank you.” he said before nodding before beginning to look out the window once again

Once Joey had paid for his drink he began exiting the cafè, and he wasn't looking where he was going and the next thing he knew is was on the ground he began rubbing his head before opening up his eyes and seeing a blonde woman with purple eyes Joey looked at her with intrigue like she was the most beautiful girl he had ever met.

“O-Oh I'm uh sorry, here let me help you up it was my fault after all!” Joey said before helping himself up before offering a hand to the woman she took it as she was helped up

“Oh it's fine hun it happens to me all the time the names Mai Valentine and what might your name be handsome?~” she asked before winking at him
Joey began blushing before beginning to grin before offering her a smile.
“The names Joey Wheeler, it's nice too meet you Mai say are you spending Valentine's day with anyone?” Joey asked
Mai shook her head before leaning in and looking into Joey's eyes before beginning to giggle again.
“Are you trying to ask me out Joseph?~” she asked before kissing him on the cheek
After that Joey was super nervous and his face was as red as a tomato but he managed a nod.
Mai leaned in closer before she pressed her lips against Joey's with passion, Joey of course returned the kiss both of them melting into each other's embrace, Mai then pulled away for a minute before whispering in Joey's ear.
“I'd love to be you're Valentine Joey... ~” she said before kissing Joey once again
