Chp. 15

Jenn's Pov:

We've been driving for a good thirty minutes now and I still have no idea where Jc's taking me. I can't help but notice how beautiful Toronto really is especially at night. The way that the city lights illuminate the sky is kinda magical. I mean it's so much different than California. When you think of California you think of sunny days and palm trees and when you think of Toronto you think of snow and the cold, I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's nice to be in such a different environment. My thoughts got interrupted by Jc.

Jc: hey are you ok you've been awfully quiet

Jenn: yea yea I was just thinking

Jc: about what?

Jenn: about how beautiful Toronto is at night

Jc: yea it is isn't it

Jenn: it is, it really is

The rest of the car ride was silent but not an awkward silent a good silent.

Jc's POV:

We finally got to this really cool rooftop restaurant that i reserved and we got a table with an amazing view. Our waitress was a girl named kayla, she kept staring at me and i could tell jenn was getting annoyed . So i lightly kicked her foot  and grabbed her hand under the table, she looked at me and lightly smiled. we then told Kayla what we wanted and she left to get our food. 

Jenn: i don't really like her

jc: yea me neither she's kinda creepy

jenn: haha

jc; shh she's coming

she came back with our food, and asked if we wanted anything else we both said no thanks and she left again. We then ate ate and conversed for about an hour. That's what i love about Jenn, she's so easy to talk to.
