Jungkook sighs, rummaging through his fridge. He throws out the last of his beer bottles and cans into a trash bag. He gulps, glancing at the windows of his house. He sees a familiar face walking to his front door. It was Taehyung. Jungkook's face lit up. He rushed to the door, opening it before Tae could even knock. "H-hey..." Jungkook says shyly. Tae smiles, holding two sodas in his hand as he walks in, past the detective. "Hey. How was work yesterday, bunny?" Tae asks. Jungkook blushes bright red at the nickname. "Work was good, I suppose" Jungkook replies. Tae hasn't stopped using that nickname since Jungkook tried to jump off the bridge 2 weeks ago. Jungkook didn't mind at all. But he was so unsure about where the relationship was. They haven't kissed since then. Jungkook wanted to so badly, but he didn't know how to ask. Tae must of noticed Jungkook's stress, as he set the sodas down and walked close to him. "What's wrong, bunny?" Tae asked sweetly. "I-um..nothing" Jungkook lyingly replied. Tae sighed. "You're lying. Please tell me the truth" Tae says. Making Jungkook nervously bite his lip. "I-..I just wanted to know. Where...is...our...r-relationship?. Like...what is it?. Are we..t-together?" Jungkook asks shyly, looking down. Tae stares at him before smiling softly. "Together?. Well. I'd like to be together. But the only thing that matters to me is what you want. So. Do you want to be together with me, Jungkook?" Tae asks. Jungkook smiles. "Yes!. Of course I want to be with you Tae. I love you" Jungkook blurts out. Tae chuckles, pulling Jungkook by his waist. "Can I kiss you, bunny?" Taehyung asks. Jungkook sighs happily, wrapping his arms around Tae's neck. "Yes. You may, Tae" Jungkook replies, before Tae leaned in, kissing Jungkook gently. Jungkook moans quietly, leaning into the kiss deeper. The kiss got heated quickly. Jungkook grunted and moaned as Tae kissed him passionately and lustfully. Tae groaned into the kiss, pulling away to nibble and bite at Jungkook's sensitive neck. Jungkook leaned back, moaning softly. The older one left hickies on the detectives skin. Jungkook then bucked his hips, his pants getting tighter. "F*ck..." Jungkook moaned out, Tae trailing his kisses and tongue down Jungkook's neck and collarbone. Tae rubs himself against Jungkook, making him cry out loudly from pleasure. Jungkook covers his mouth quickly. Someone suddenly knocking on the door. Tae stands up, pushing Jungkook's clothes back up as quick as he could. "Detective Kook!. It's Yoongi. We need you down at the station. There's been another murder. You've got to come assess this. When you're done with your fun time, please come over" Yoongi says through the door before leaving. Tae and Jungkook look at each other, both of them sweaty and out of breath. "D-damn it. I'm sorry Tae..." Jungkook says to Tae. Tae smiles, gulping harshly. "It's fine. Don't worry about it. So...Do you think I could tag along?" Tae asks. Jungkook sighs. "I don't know, Tae..." Jungkook says, walking away to the door to put his boots on. Tae walks with him, giving Jungkook a cute pleading face. Jungkook rolls his eyes, before giving in. "Fine!. But you have to wear gloves. I don't want you contaminating the crime scene" Jungkook says, grabbing his stuff and walking out of the door with Tae close behind.

Jungkook parks his car in the grass, police and pedestrians all around the area. Jungkook gets out of his car and walks through the forest path with caution tape all around it. Tae follows him and watches as Jungkook nods at the cop who looks at Tae suspiciously. "Don't worry. He's with me" Jungkook says, walking past the police officer. Jungkook walks to the scene, seeing the body of a naked woman he's never seen before. The cops and forensics around them look at Jungkook. "Detective. Thank goodness you're here. There's something strange about this case" One of the men say. Tae stands close to Jungkook, staring at the corpse of the woman. His breath hitches nervously. "Well, go ahead. Tell me everything you know so far" Jungkook says to the police officer. "Well. The victims name is Seo-yeon Woo. We don't know the cause of death just yet. But this was definitely a serial murder. Whoever did this. Knew what he was doing. We think she was killed by strangulation. I sent samples of her hair and skin to the lab already. But you're welcome to examine her however you like. We've already took pictures sir" the cop finishes, Bowing respectfully. Jungkook nods. "Alright. Thank you" Jungkook replies, taking out a box from his pocket and pulling out two pairs of gloves. He hands a pair to Tae and puts his own on. Tae looks at Jungkook, putting the gloves on. Jungkook pulls the police tape up and walks under it, walking up close to the corpse. Tae does the same, keeping back a bit. Jungkook eyes the body, inspecting her face and neck. He looks over at one of the forensics and calls her over. "Take out your pen and paper. Write everything I say, down" Jungkook says, the woman nods and takes out her notes. "Well. First of all. She wasn't killed by strangulation. Whoever killed her, did this way before her actual death. The marks are Old" Jungkook leans down and rubs his finger on her cheek, a peach colored liquid substance coming off of her skin. "Strange. It's makeup. Foundation, specifically" Jungkook says. Tae turns his head, confused. "Why would she still have foundation on like this?" Jungkook says, rubbing his gloved finger over her eye, pulling off eyeshadow. "She has makeup on. But, it was put on recently. Not before her death, more...after. If she had put it on before, it would be ruined and smeared. Its not" Jungkook says. He stands up, walking to her lower body area. He looks at her feet. They were all sliced up and bruised. "She was probably running for a long time. At some point she was forced to stop running" Jungkook said, looking at her wounds. There were deep gashes all over her body. "The gashes didn't kill her. These are new too" Said Jungkook, who looked at the corpse's chest. It was bloated. Jungkook took his hands, gently pushing down on her upper chest. Liquid started coming out from the woman's mouth. Jungkook sighed, letting go and standing up. "Are you writing this down?" Jungkook asked the officer. She nodded. "So. I think her death was caused by drowning. She has fluid in her lungs. Water. The gashes and the bruises could have been a distraction from the real cause of death. To throw the police off. She also has makeup on. It was applied shortly after she died for some unknown reason. This woman was also tortured by all the old marks on her body. Whoever did this, is smart. They planned all this out" Jungkook says. The police officer writing down everything quickly. Taehyung stares at Jungkook, amazed. "Okay. I'm done here. There's nothing left for me to do. I'll be at the station if you need me" Jungkook finished, walking off, away from the crime scene. Tae follows behind, a smile on his face. "That was amazing, bunny!. You seriously pulled a Sherlock back there!. How did you even do that?. Are you sure you're actually human?" Tae blurts out. Jungkook giggles and pulls Tae to the side, kissing him on the lips gently. "Unfortunately. I'm human" Jungkook says, blushing softly. Tae blushes a bit himself, smiling at Jungkook. They walked back to the car slowly, talking about random subjects as they drove off to the police station.

They arrived at the station 26 minutes later. They both got out, walking into the station casually. "Detective!. Detective!" Jungkook heard as he opened the door. He turned behind him, seeing an older lady and old man. "Detective!. Our daughter is missing!. She hasn't came home in weeks. Please!. You have to help us!." The lady shouted, stepping up to the young detective. They gave him a picture. It was of a young girl. But she looked familiar. "Holy sh*t..." Jungkook said, realizing this was the same girl that was found dead just earlier. The lady stared at him confusingly. "Ma'am...i-..." Jungkook paused with a sigh. "Earlier this morning, a girl was found murdered in the middle of a field beside a road. She looked exactly like the girl in this photograph. I'm certain that the woman we found was your daughter. I'm so sorry...I truly am" Jungkook said. The lady bursts into tears. She sobs loudly, dropping to the floor. "No!. No please she can't be dead!. My baby girl!. You can't be serious!" She shouted. The older man tearing up and holding the lady close. "I-I'm so sorry" Jungkook whispered. Two police officers walked over. Jungkook explained the situation to them quickly so they could help. Jungkook walked away and into the station. Tae following him. "Damn...I feel really sorry for the parents. To find out like that" Tae said, looking at Jungkook, who looked bumped down. "What's wrong?" Tae asked. Jungkook looked at Tae. He opened his mouth to speak, but someone walking up to them stopped their conversation. "Kook!. I've been looking all over the place for you!" Daisy shouted, gripping Jungkook's arm. Jungkook quickly pulled back, glancing at Tae. "Um...what did you want Daisy?" He asked. Tae stared at Daisy, his eyes going wide. "Here are the papers you asked for yesterday. Don't loose those. Bring them back when you're finished" She says, handing Jungkook a stack of papers. She turned to Tae. "So who's your—...oh my god" Daisy said. Her eyes wide. They stare at each other for a few seconds. "It's y-you..." Tae whispers. "You're...you're that guy. That guy that saved me that day" Daisy says, her voice trembly.

Taehyung pants, blood on his hands and face. He was bruised everywhere. He stood up. The girl from before rushing up to him. "Are you okay sir?!. You saved me. Thank you so much. How could I ever repay you?" She said. Tae smiles painfully "Just go home and rest. Take yourself out and buy an expensive meal or something. You deserve it after what happened to you. Make sure you report all this to the police, but don't mention me...please"

Daisy sighs heavily. Jungkook looking confused and lost. "A-..are you healing okay?. You got beat up pretty bad that time. I never did say thank you enough that day" Daisy says. Tae smiles kindly, pushing his hoodie back and brushing his fingers through his hair. "I'm fine. Thank you. Bruises heal. So don't worry about it. I'm glad that you're healthy and okay, ma'am" Tae says. "Daisy. Just call me Daisy" she says, pushing her back behind her ears in a flirtatious way towards Tae. Jungkook slowly walks away, leaving Tae and Daisy to talk. The young detective sighs, walking to his desk and sitting down. He flips through paperwork, starting his boring, real work.
Daisy giggles as Tae talks. She keeps playing with her hair, staring at Tae as he talks. "Anyways. I'm glad I got to see you again, Daisy. It definitely brightened up my day, knowing you are safe. But I didn't know you worked as a cop here. Or else I wouldn't have told you to tell the police the way I did. Obviously you did. You are the police!" Tae says with a small chuckle. Daisy giggles and smiles, stepping closer to Tae. She was really attracted to him. Her heart was racing. Tae looked at her as they spoke, noticing her strange body language. "Hey...It's Taehyung, right?" She asks. "Yeah. How'd you know that?" Tae asked back. "I did my own digging after what happened. You're definitely not easy to find online. You almost don't exist. Luckily I managed to find you with my partners help. I mean, I'm sorry. I guess that counts as snooping. I apologize for being so casual" Daisy says, blushing. Tae smiles. "It's fine. Don't apologize. You did what you had to. But yeah, I am Taehyung" Tae says. Jungkook looks over at them. He squints his eyes, suddenly feeling ill with jealously as he noticed Daisy being flirty with Tae. Daisy giggles, looking at her watch. "Shoot. I have go. Here" Daisy says, putting a piece of paper out of her pocket with her number on it. Jungkook's eyes widen. He quickly rushes over to them. "Tae!" Jungkook yelps, pretending to accidentally trip and fall on top of him. Tae falls on the floor, Jungkook falling over him. Daisy yelps. "Oh. Damn. I'm so sorry Tae!" Jungkook says, slowly getting up, helping Tae up as well. Taehyung stares at Jungkook confusingly. "Um... we should go. Right?. Yeah. Let's go. Right now" Jungkook says, persistently. He takes the older boys hand, walking quickly out of the police station doors. "Hey!. Hey!. Jungkook!" Tae shouts, pulling away from Jungkook's grip. "What's up with you today?. Are you okay?" Tae says, concerned. Jungkook stops, looking away embarrassingly. "N-n...o. I just..." Jungkook sighs. "Damn it Tae!. You saw the way she was looking at you. Right?. She was totally into you. She was so flirting with you and you didn't even notice. Nor did you tell her to stop!. It's like we aren't even together or something. She was about to give you her number and everything. You could have fallen head over heels for her!" Jungkook shouted, his face hot and red from being upset and embarrassed. Tae stares at him. "Jungkook. Bunny....you're being silly" Tae steps close to Jungkook. "Yeah. You're right. She was probably flirting with me. But I would have never took her number. I would have declined. I only love you. You're the only person I would fall head over heels for one million times. So, stop being silly, Bunny. Come here" Tae says, pulling Jungkook close by his waist. Jungkook blushes, now realizing how ridiculous he was being. "I-I'm Sorry. You're right. I love you too, Tae" Jungkook says. Tae smiles. "Don't worry. You were a bit jealous is all. That's okay. I forgive you. Now stop talking and come here already" Tae says with a chuckle as he leans into Jungkook's lips, kissing him softly. Jungkook giggles quietly, kissing back. Jungkook wrapped his arms around Tae's neck, holding him closely. They slowly apart. Jungkook gives off his adorable bunny smile. Tae moves his hands away, holding Jungkook's hand instead. "Come get a burger with me" Tae says. Jungkook sighs. "But work..." Jungkook trails off. Tae looks at him sadly. "...can wait" Jungkook says, making Tae smile. "Yes!. But you're paying, obviously" Tae says. Jungkook giggles, before turning and searching through his own back pocket. He pulls out his wallet, handing Taehyung a ton of money. Taehyung's eyes widen. He looked taken aback. "W-...what..why...?" Tae asks, in disbelief. "You need this money more than me. Plus, I don't want you to go committing any more crimes. Please. Take it. For me. Help your mother. And most importantly, help yourself" Jungkook says with a smile. Tae looks at him. "Thank you. Thank you so much Bunny" Tae says, hugging Jungkook tightly. Tae gives Jungkook a quick kiss on the lips. Jungkook smiles into the kiss, his cheeks bright red. "Of course Tae" Tae grips the young detective's hand and starts walking to the nearest burger shop.
