I'm Jules Parker. This is a story that I haven't told. When I was seventeen, I was a junior at Bluewood High School in Chicago, Illinois. My life was one of mediocrity, nothing too special. I had friends, sure, but I wasn't popular. Everyone liked me, but not many people knew me. Life was pretty good, to be honest. But one day, I met a boys a grade below me. The next day, I met his friends. Not many people liked them. They were quiet, awkward, shy, nerdy, not the kind to be at the top of the social pyramid of high school. They seemed alright to me, though. We started hanging out, all four of us, more and more. My parents weren't too fond of them, no one really was. When I discovered, by accident, that they were in a band, that's when it all changed. And not all good changes. Should we get started with the story?
