Almost a damn year since you've seen him last. Not knowing where he is, puts a giant pit in your stomach You dont know what to do with yourself anymore. So, with your thoughts racing around in your head you shrug your cloak on and head through the door to the market.

After trolling around the market for a while, you stop by your favorite Baker. "Ah, y/n long time no see!" You softly laugh "it's been a while hasn't it?" He hands you a loaf of pumpkin bread and a bag full of your favorite tea. You smiled once more at the Baker and drop some coins on the table and went on your way.

A few hours past and its night time now. Never knowing when Julian might come home is horrible for you. Sighing heavily you put on your night garments and head to bed.

4 hours later

Your heart jumps as you hear something crash to the floor along with a silver tongue voice. "Dammit, she's gonna kill me for breaking that." Rubbing the sleep from your eyes your head pops up in the realization of who that voice belongs to Julian? You thought, happy to even hear his voice again you shot up from your bed quickly tip toeing downstairs.

From behind the curtains you spot a tuff of disheveled red hair, and a loose fitted shirt on a 6'4 figure. Smiling to your self you act like you just woke up. Rubbing your left eye you walk up to him saying, "Julian? Your home!" Not being able to hold back your excitement you lunge yourself at him as he turns around to you looking shocked as ever. "Y/n! I was hoping not to wake you and m-make my a-arrival a surprise for morning. I'm sorry sweety."  You smile up at him you were quite short being only 5'3 your head was nestled between his chest and abdomen. "When I heard the glass break; and you cursing under your breath realizing it was you. Heh how could I not get up to see the love of my life?!" Smiling from ear to ear as you were, Julian could only muster a flustered smile and crimson blushed cheeks. "I haven't heard that name in quite some time. I'd love to hear it again." He looks down at you moving his hands to your waist looking deep into your e/c eyes holding onto you as if you were going to slip away from him.

"Love. Of. My. Life." Pronouncing every word with love and passion, Julian leans down to kiss you. As your lips lock together finally you two kiss for a while. Julian grabs the back of your thighs giving them a squeeze. "When is say jump I need to yout jump for me sweetheart." He speaks with lust to his voice you nod in response "Okay, jump." As you jump up he wraps your legs around his slender waist. "That a girl." He whispers as he pulls you back into a kiss this time it felt more needy, more firery passion than before. You tilt his head to the side and start marking his neck and collar bone. "Ahh,  how I've missed your little love bite darling." Your lips leave his neck with a satisfying pop "And they will stay there this time, you dont heal as easily as you used to my ginger snap." His eyes go wide then he puts on his signature Julian Devorak smirk "Ginger snap huh? Oh I do love it when you give me pets names y/n." His hands giving your butt a squeeze warning a small help from you "How I've missed the sounds you'd make when I touch you. When I hold you, kiss you, loving on you. The list goes on and on lovely." Winking at you with his only visible eye. You look at him directly focusing on that eye patch he insists on wearing even when he's home. Not really thinking you pull it off revealing his crimson eye to you. Eyes wide with shock he asks "Why? Why did you take it off?" He puts you back down on the ground sitting down in the chair behind him so he could be almost eye level with you. "You dont need to wear this around me not at our home. You dont need to hide from me Julian. Your not contagious, although your burning passion when you kiss me is a given... other than that this little mask doesn't need to be on because I love you and I want to see both of your eyes," you walk over to him swinging your hips as you sit on his lap causing his to sit back in the chair pulling his hair back from his handsome face"... when we are making love, small talk, or even just reading our books sitting across from one another. I love catching you sneaking a passing glance at me when you think I'm not looking. I just- I just love you with everything that I am and I dont want this stupid patch getting in my way anymore."

Julian's jaw agape at all the words you've said to him making his thoughts race "We have been worlds apart for far too long my darling dear y/n. All of this tucked away in the tiny plump..." he pauses to bite his lip at the thought "... body of yours how have you managed to stay with me after all these years?" He asked yourself giving a simple repeated reply "Because I love you, and you are the only man I will ever love for as long as I live Julian whether if we are worlds apart or inches away from one another I will always be yours."

A few seconds pass before he's kissing you again one hand at the nape of your neck the other at the lower small of your back playing with your nightly attire. Kissing him back with enough force to push you two over but not tilting his chair you move your right hand to his hair and your left hand to his bare chest. His breath shutters at the contact of your skin to his, pulling you closer and holding you tighter.

You tug at his hair earning a low mean from Julian as he reaches for your hair and doesn't the same pulling your head back for him to have access to your neck and chest. He studies the marvel he has before hi. "No bind around the chest, no corset, no nothing. I love it y/n."  He purrs into your neck as he leaves kisses and love bites all over you. Purring with pure ecstasy you pull your head up to meet his ashy eyes. "Let's go to our bedroom shall we? You do plan on staying for a while dont you?" You get up from Julians lap holding your hand out to him. "Yes, and I'm hoping every night is just like this."  His silver tongue is enough to get you hot and bothered.

"Let's go then." You say with a wink

Soooooo how was it? I know it's not much only about 1,200 words but I'm a little rusty you'll have to give me a second .

I really hope you guys will like this little book I'm putting together.
