The Boy's Kitsune

Volume. 1 "Other World!"

"BEEP! BEEP!" A hand reaches up tapping the button on top of the clock causing the sound to silence. The boy sits up in his bed wipping his eye with the back of his hand as he looked out the small window in his room at the dark clouds outside. "Is it supposed to rain today?" "Akihiro!" A voice called from downstairs grabbing his attention. Akihiro quickly jumped out of his bed and changed his chlothes into his school uniform before he ran down stairs straightening his tie. He quickly sits on a blue pillow by his little brother who was grossed out by his breakfast and grabs his chopsticks. "Thank you food gods for the delicious salmon!" Akihiro yells as he digs into the salmon, his eyes sparkling. "How can you eat that gross fish?" His little brother complains while poking his breakfast with his chopsticks while trying not to gag. Akihiro gobbles down the last piece of salmon on his plate then takes a big drink of his water as his mother walks in the door way with her coffee rested in her hands. Akihiro stands up quickly, grabs his bag, and speed walks out the door. "Have a good day at school!" His mother yells at him happily.

At school Akihiro layed his bag down beside his desk. "Goto!" A higher pitch called cheerfully from the other side of the room. He looked up and saw a small girl with her short, straight black hair wave at him before approaching him. "Good morning Goto!" She smiled happily at him. "Good morning Iomi. Sorry I couldn't get online yesturday night. My little brother spilled his drink on my consule destroying it." Iomi chuckles and blushes. Just then the teacher walks into the class room and everyone takes their seats. "Good morning class. We have a new student from France. Would you like to introduce your self?" The teacher asked drawling everyones attention over to the tall, skinny boy with shinny, red hair. The boy nods and takes a deep breath in before bowing down very quickly. "Bonjour! My name is Damien Bardon! It's nice to meet all of you!" He smiles brightly yet nervously. "You can go sit by Akihiro Goto in the back of the class." The teacher points at the back seat.

Damien went to the back of the class and sat down in his new seat right by Akihiro Goto. During the class Damien was watching and following Akihiro till the last school bell of the day rang causing everyone to get up and get ready to go home. Iomi ran up to Akihiro with her bag then chuckled. "Wanna go to the arcade?" She asked cheerfully. Akihiro nodded as Iomi looked over at Damien who was packing up his bags. "Hey Damien! Wanna join us?" Iomi asked while she sat in the chair in front of Damien's desk. He smiled brightly then nodded as he stood up by the two of them. "My name is Suzu Iomi, you can just call me Io or Sue for short! It's nice to meet you!" Damien looks away blushing leaving Akihiro confused.

As they walk down the street on the way to the arcade Akihiro realizes he left his phone in class. "Crap I left my phone back in class. I'm gonna go back and get it." Damien and Iomi look back at him. "You guys go ahead i'll meet you guys at the arcade." Akihiro runs back to class and looks in his desk to see his phone gone. He decides to look around the clasroom to find his phone is not anywhere in there. Just then the sound of strong wind could be heard and as Akihiro turned around. Once he got a glimpse behind him he was hit in the head with a long stick making him fall to the floor unconscious.

When he awoke he was laying on a huge bed that probably only a person who either was rich or lived in the royal family would own. Akihiro looked to his side to see a medium sized girl wearing traditional rodes that also had her hair in two buns with accesories in her hair. "You're awake my love." She smiles as she caresses his cheek causing him to jump out of the bed blushing hard as he looked around the room. "Where the hell am I?!" Akihiro yelled in a panicked voice. The girl sits up on the bed licking her red lipstick.
"My name is Tomiko Yamaha, the princess of this kingdom, my prince." Tomiko chuckles slightly as she climbs off the bed getting his attention.
"I was just looking for my phone and now I'm by a strange yet attractive woman who I have never met before who is calling me her prince. What a day!" He yells sarcastically. "Someone has to be pulling a prank on me." Akihiro chants to himself in his head. Just then a guard dressed in leather armor walks in and kneels in front of Tomiko. Akihiro looks at the two of them confused thinking, what kind of prank is this?

"Another Nogitsune has invaded our kingdom again and is terrorizing the civilians as we speak." The knight spoke while Tomiko walked to the window of the room and looked out on the city while she rested her hand on the window to see fire shoot up from some of the small, wooden structures.
"Send more guards, make sure they kill her this time. We can't afford suffer another lost in our kingdom." She looks over at Akihiro. "Send my new fiancé over there with your knights." She smiles at Akihiro making him speechless and want to fall in despair.
"Fiancé?! Send me where?" Akihiro asked panicked grabbing the guard and Tomiko's attention.
"To battle my love! I need to make sure your strong enough to produce strong offspring." Tomiko smiles brightly. "O-Offspring?! Are you crazy?!" Akihiro yells as his face glows bright red.
"You'll be fine! We need some good stories to tell our future children by the fire! After all, we will have up to nine." The princess blushes slightly while smirking. Akihiro was left with his jaw hanging down just plain speechless.

Before the knight walked out Tomiko walked over to her jewelry box, pulled out a bracelet, and handed it to Akihiro. "My love, if you have a close encounter with the Nogitsune, throw this at her. She'll will have no choice, but to obey you. No matter how much she begs or pleads, don't remove the bracelet if you want to continue living." Akihiro put the bracelet in his pants pocket before following the knight out of the room. The knight led him to the battle field along with a bunch of other knights dressed in fully metaled armor. There was fire everywhere in the town from the Nogitsune. On buildings, on plants, on animals, and even on the people. He watched as people were screaming and running while others were lying on the ground with either a big, bloody cut on them or burnt marks from the fire. Some were just piles of ashes.

When the Nogitsune was spotted through the smoke on top of a burning home the knights formed a line beside each other and began to shoot arrows at the her, but the yokai managed to counter their attack with it's fox fire, burning the arrows to ashes. As time went by more knights fell in battle to the fox's fire. Terror was on Akihiro's face as he decided to make a run for it and hide in the river where the villagers would clean themselves and their clothes. On his way to the water he heard crying and followed the sound to see a little girl with long, gray hair that covered up one of her eyes curled up on the sidewalk all alone. Akihiro quickly grabbed the girl's hand tightly as he ran to the water and hid holding her in his arms. The next day the sky was so ashy to the point where it was hard to see anything from the distance and it was silent so Akihiro decided to crawl out of the water soaking wet with the little girl who was way too exhausted to speak.
"Kid, what's your name? I can help you find your parents after we get out of this mess, okay?" He stared at her, but she didn't say a word or even attempt to say anything. Light foot steps could be heard coming up from his side, almost like the sound of wooden flip flops. When he looked over he saw an unclear figure approaching. He stood there for a second before more of the figure showed. When he noticed the ears and tail appear as it got closer he began to run holding the girl's hand causing the figure to stick its hand out like it was about to shoot it's fire at him.

Akihiro remembered what Tomiko told him and hopped what she said was true. He quickly turned around and used one of his hands to grab the bracelet out of his pocket and threw it at the fox causing the bracelet to shine brighter then the sun and quickly go to the foxes hand and latch on. The fox's flame went out as it looked at it's wrist as silent as a mouse. Akihiro put down the girl and told her to go hide in the hay pile that was a few feet away from his behind. The fox fell to her knees starring at the ground with pure shock.
Akihiro gathered enough courage and approached the fox till she was right in front of him. He gulped afraid and slowly offered his hand to her. "H-here... Take my hand." She shoved his hand away aggressively and growled while crossing her arms.
"You idiot! What the hell did you do that for!?" She yelled in his face.
