Normal day at beacon pffftt

It was yet another day at beacon academy for young hunters and huntress, run by only the finest, professor Ozpin and professor glinda. In this school were also several new hunters and huntress who had just started their journey to their destiny. One being a fairly optimistic girl by the age of 16 who herswlf was about to witness the most craziest love story of her life ruby rose who seemed to be with her older sister Yang xiao Long. They were now preparing for the launch test. Thinking it as  their normal day at beacon, but to be honest a day is never normal there-_-

"So yang will you be my partner?" Ruby asked. Yang mentally faced palmed herself. She knew her little sister didnt like to communicate with others. "Ruby we talked about this, i know you don't like to talk to others but you cant always talk to me your whole life, you need to start making friends." Yang told her sister as she got her Ember Cecilia also known as her two gauntlets. Ruby had grabed her scythe. "Nah i would rather let this bad girl do the talking" she exclaimed pride in her expression. "If you say so" yang teased as she started walking off with ruby behind her as they passed jaun in a locker due to pyrrah and her sword.

*At the cliff

"Now students, this test will tell who your partner will be for the next four years here at beacon" Professor ozpin says as he reminds  his students of their task. One by one they were launched in the air. Jaun was asking professor Ozpin questions slightly annoying him. Then he was launched as Ozpin smiled slightly,now it would be more silent.

Ruby was thrilled as she prepared for her landing strategy, however a dove had flown by and ruby had hit it. "Birdy!" Ruby looked hoping she hadn't killed it but it seemed the bird had recovered. Ruby gave a sigh of relief not realizing she was going to land pretty soon but once she did she quickly grabbed her scythe also known as crescent rose.  She used her sniper to make shots at the ground trying to lower herself at her fast decreasing rate. Cmon ruby you got this!

Meanwhile Ren had landed gracefully on a tree branch. (To be expected of a assassin ;3)  Not longer after he had heard gunshots and decided someone must need help as he traveled to the sound of gunshots.

Ren soon made it to the  spot he was sure he heard the gun shots from, to find a young girl. She looks around 16.  He thought as eyed her suspiciously. Her short black hair that had red at the tips. A black, long sleeved dress,with a gray rose printed on the side. However what he found most impressive is her weapon, it was quite amazing and she seems to take really good care of it. The young girl seemed to notice ren and gestured a wave. He was a little taken aback for the moment she turned around ren had seen a goddess. Her silver eyes captivating him drawing him in, her lips looked ever so perfect with her eyes as did her small nose. Ren had snapped himself out of the trance and regained his composure as he walked to the girl her cape as red as blood flowing a little. "Hello" ren said calmly. "Hi" the girl said a little shyly." Im Ruby Rose." Hmm interesting. Ren thought as he eyed his partner. "My name is Lie Ren, so? You will be my partner for the next four years" he  said to Ruby. "I guess so" Ruby replied.

As Ruby looked up at her new teamate she couldn't help but notice his handsome features. His magenta colored eyes gave her a sense of warmth when he looked at her, he seemed very polite, as well as tall. (He also got the body too;3)  Lie then walked forward into the forest as Ruby followed close by his side. So this is my partner hm i could get used to this.

*With pyrrah and blake

Once blake and pyrrah had met they seemed to make a pretty good team. They had also created a tactic for incase a nevermore were to attack, it is called the ladybug. Blake would use the rope from her guns to lunge pyrrah into the sky while pyrrah used her sheild to keep balance in the process. It had been proven rather successful. "Well done blake" pyrrah exclaimed as her partner had taken out another nevermore. Blake blushed at her compliment. "Thanks..." she said quickly as she began to walk off with her teammate.

As Ren and ruby continued walking in the woods. Both had remained silent. Not that you could blame them, they were just not exactly talkative people.  "So lie um.." ruby began quite unsure of how to speak with her partner she had just met. "Please call me ren" he stated softly. Ruby smiled at this happy she was making progress.

As Ren looked at his smiling team mate he couldn't help but have a warm feeling in his chest. Yet he did not understand this new feeling, however he wouldnt let his teamate know that. "Lets go, ru" he said. Ruby eyes had widened at hearing her new nickname. 

Ren pov
I could have sworn i saw her blush a little, as a matter of fact the red is still on her face. "Ok ren" she replied. As we walked further into the wood we had reached a clearing. It had looked marvelous if it was seen under different circumstances however, its beauty was still unavoidable. There were ruins scattered around of what may have been the once enchanting architecture. The suns lighting on the ruins added its sense of mystery and importance. In the distance not far from us i can see nora with a blonde haired woman. "YANG!" a very happy ru yells, trying to grab im guessing the blonde womans attention. Yang had turned to our direction and called "RUBY!" As she raced torward ruby and hugged her.  "How's it going sis?" She says as she smiles at ruby. "Nothing much i didnt expect we would bump into each other."ruby says though you can sense the releiving tone in her voice. So they're sisters i thought as yang looked at me a slight bit of shock that was quickly replaced by a sly smile. "So sis, is this hot guy your boyfriend?" She asked teasingly. I couldn't help but feel my face heat up at this and looked to ruby. She was red, as red as her cape. At this I felt my face get hotter. Is she not going to deny it. Just as i had thought this she immeadiatly said" N-no yang, this is my teammate ren."  At this yang seemed even more intrigued.  I secretly pray she doesn't do those shippy things, i can never understand the point of it. "Hi"i say as yang smiles. " hey there, nice to know you can talk" she joked as she laughed at her dad pun. I hope ruby isn't like this. I am suddenly interrupted by my train of thought when i hear "REN!!!!" Nora yells as she tackles me to the floor. "Hi nora" i chuckle as she takes me into a bear hug. "OMG HOW HAVE U BEEN? I MISSED YOU!" She was screaming as she rambled on and on. Oh boy. I think i prefered when it was just ruby. WAIT DID I JUST SAY THAT! Yang was giggling at the little show as was ruby but she gave a warm smile. I felt a warm feeling at the sight of it. Calm down ren, calm i i thought as i composed myself. "Nora please get off"i asked as nora got off me. I dusted myself off only to look up and find ruby holding out her hand." Cmon let me help you up" she said as i took her hand and got to my feet. I could still see the hint of blush on her cheecks. We then grabbed our chess pieces and the girls giggled with delight. But the moment was merely disrupted by a horrible screech as we turned to see a scorpion and a nevermore ahead with  two women, one with red hair, and another with a black bow on her head. They were fighting the scorpion, while a screaming blonde guy squealing like a girl while he attacked a nevermore in the air. Meanwhile, his partner with white hair was scolding and ordering him to stop screaming and fight. "You guys ready?" Yang asked as she pounded her gauntlets together ready to fight. We all nodded. Ruby took out her scythe, nora took out her hammer,while i took out stormflower, my two pistols with knives etched by the handle. For a second i saw ruby staring at them as if she was studying how my weapon worked. But she snapped out of her trance in a instant. "Alright guys," she started as she cocked her shotgun within her scythe."lets do this" she said as we charged into battle, our first one as a team...
