Jin focus

A gentle breeze brushes against my skin and lifts blossom petals from the ground I rest on.
The tree I lay my back on, allows its branches to harmoniously sway in the light breeze, almost as if the tree itself were dancing to the meadow’s angelic melody.

I gaze over the hill I recline on, at how beautifully the neon yellow circle that drapes itself on the edge of the stream, tenderly kisses its own rippled reflection, as it slowly rises to greet all creatures, old and new, to another day on this magnificent planet.

I silently take a deep breath of fresh air and turn my head up to a new dawn that awaits me and as I do so, I am welcomed by a flock of passing swallows, who migrate themselves to the golden heaven across the meadow, their wings carrying them high, allowing them to soar through the snow white bed of clouds.

As the sun’s light delicately stretches itself past the meadow’s large forest of both grass and flowers, I feel blessed as the soft heat from the sun and the velvet touch of peach blossoms decorate my sensitive, honey skin with their elegant, natural beauty.

I close my eyes and yet again take in a deep breath of air, this time through my nose. My senses are overwhelmed as the exquisite smell of fresh spring rain and charming sunflowers blend together in a way that I feel unworthy of to experience.

Only God himself, could create something so divine.

Leisurely, I graze my tongue across my plump lips for moisture. When I complete the action, a thin white strip of the sun’s light attaches itself to my plump, florid bottom lip.

For only in spring do I feel this peace.
For only in Eden does my heart radiate such joy.
