Ch.4 a nice visit

Ring ring ring...
I ran to the telephone and answered the call.
"Hello? Y/n?"
"B/n"
"Hey I've missed you, I wanted to say that I'm going to visit for maybe a week and I'll be there tomorrow"
"Oh my god that's great! I'll see you then. Bye love you."
"Love you too bye"
I hung up the phone with a grin on my face, I walked up to my room. I changed into some jeans, a white shirt and a flannel. I put some mascara and perfume on and walked outside. I then went to the Curtis house, I was about to knock until I remembered that I was welcomed anytime. When I walked in I saw The whole gang except for Soda watching Tv.
"Hey guys, where's Sodapop"
"In his bedroom" Twobit said his eyes not leaving the screen.
I walked to Sodas room, I opened the door to see Ponyboy reading to Soda. They didn't notice me, so I just stood there listening to the story. After a couple of minutes Sodapop looked up and then I smiled. He looked nervous and nudged Pony.
"Oh hey y/n" Pony said giving a slight grin.
"Hey Pony, hey lover-boy" I said laughing a bit, I sat next to Ponyboy. I looked at the book and saw that it was f/b (favorite book)
"I love that book, it's amazing" I said
"Maybe you should read to Soda, me and Johnny have plans to hang out" Pony said handing me the book.
Soda was quite and not as joyful as usual. I put down the book and grabbed Sodas chin so he can look at me.
"What's wrong"
"It's nothing"
"I bet it's something because you don't look happy-go-lucky like usual"
He grabbed my hands and looked at me with hurt filled eyes.
"Sandy called me and told me that the baby was mine, I don't believe her but I don't know I'm just scared what she's going to do"
I've heard about Sandy, and they weren't good things except that she was really pretty. I then hugged Soda and told him that everything will be alright. He nuzzled his face in the crook of my neck and held me tight. I heard the door open and saw Twobit making dirty gestures, I flipped him off. He got the memo and walked to the living room. Soda let go of me, he looked into my eyes before kissing me ever so gently.
"Thank you, I should go take a shower and go to work" Sodapop said heading to the bathroom. I got up and went to the living room, I sat next to Twobitch and smacked him upside the head.
"What the hell!" Twobit yelled.
"You are so dirty minded!" I yelled back.
Just then Soda walked out of the bathroom with just a towel and asked Darry something. I looked away blushing.
"Looks like y/n has the hots for Soda!" Twobit yelled.
"SHUT UP TWOBITCH" I said louder than I wanted it to.
Everyone started laughing, even Sodapop. I just rolled my eyes and punched Twobit in the shoulder.
I stayed at the Curtis house until it got dark. I said my goodbyes and left to my house and only a couple minutes later I heard an engine. I looked back and saw the same blue car as last time, I got out my switch blade. 3 Socs got out.
"Hey doll, good to see you again" one said smirking
Just then one grabbed me and held a blade just below my collarbone. I then slit his leg, but caused him to slit my collarbone. He slit about 3 inches and it hurt like hell but I managed to run back to Curtis house since it was closer than my house. I slammed the door, out of breath I said "Darry... I need your help"
Just then Darry ran to the bathroom and got the first aid kit. Everyone was crowded around me. It made me feel uncomfortable.
"Can you guys stop looking at me" I said giving them a cold glare.
All of them stopped looking and watched the TV except for Darry (of course) and Sodapop.
"How did this happen" Darry said patching up the wound.
"3 Socs jumped me but I cut the guy in the leg, the guy that cut me and bolted" I said looking at the ceiling. "I should get going, my brother said he would be at my house tomorrow" I then got up and went to the door but before I got out of the house I felt a hand grab my shoulder. I looked and saw Soda.
"I'm going with you" Soda said pulling me out of the house. We walked in silence for a couple minutes and when we got to my house Soda pulled me into a kiss. It was short but nice.
"Goodnight, love you" I said going into my house and I just realized I just said I love you to Sodapop... oh my god why me. We aren't even dating and-
"SURPRISE"
"AAAAAAAHHHHHH"
My brother scared me half to death but then I hear the door open. It was Soda with the most scared expression that I've ever seen.
"What's going on! Who's this! Are you okay" Soda said running up to me grabbing my face and examining it to make sure there was no injuries.
"My brother scared me, it's my brother and I'm okay" I said squishing Sodas face.
"So who's this scrawny looking fella" my brother said crossing his arms.
"Soda this is b/n, b/n this is Soda"
"That's your real name?"
"B/n! Yes that's his real name" I said hitting b/ns arm. He then surrendered his arms.
My brother has always been pretty muscled and compared to Soda, Soda was a twig. I turned to Soda and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
"Goodnight Soda...again"
"Goodnight beautiful, I love you" he said winking. Before he closed the door I yelled "I love you too, loverboy"
I turned to my brother who had a mad expression on his face.
"Does mom know that your dating a weird guy that has a name like Sodapop"
"No because we aren't official, and I haven't talked to mom because she's been at work"
"What is he then" b/n said raising an eyebrow
"Hopefully a soon to be boyfriend, but get your big nose out of my business." I said running to my room and slamming it and locking it just in case. I laid down on my bed staring at my ceiling before laughing at what happened downstairs and blushing at what Soda said. Today was almost perfect, the only thing that ruined it was the whole Sandy thing but I hope she doesn't come back... hopefully.
