A refreshing take on breaking stereotypes by wildwolf708

The first thing that really caught my attention in what had sent me was the phrase "regular old lesbian date jitters".

So I was reading a lesbian scene? Great!

I've seen a lot of LGBTQ+ stories on Wattpad, and have enjoyed many. But, I've never read anything from, and it was absolutely gorgeous. She did well with the beautiful descriptions and made them clear. Not to mention, she did a wonderful job of showing the main character's thoughts (correct me if I'm wrong that POV I was reading was the main character) and just seemed to drag me right next to the characters inside the story itself.

Like I had said before, I've read some LGBTQ+ stories here on Wattpad, but nothing like this. Everything I've read in the category was on one spectrum or the other. Either extreme lovemaking, mating, doing the hanky panky in the back of their Nissan Sentra, whatever want to call it. Or it's absolutely nothing and to be completely honest, a little dry.

But I didn't get this in what I read here. I know there was no "hanky panky in the back of their Nissan Sentra," even though it was constantly hinted at. But that's what made it all so great. There was none, but it was always lurking inside the story of words. It gave the story such a great tension that I could tell even the author could feel it. Hell, I swear I could have cut it with a knife.

And, even though I couldn't believe how one could do this, but she gave it even more tension! I mean, who tells people you're immortal? And who shrugs it off by saying thank you to a waiter? I think there was a piece of me that was upset that it was "shrugged off". But another that was rooting for it because most people have their main characters be drastically affected by information like this. It was a different reaction that I really wasn't expecting. But then again, I wasn't quite sure what sort of setting this was supposed to be in. Whether it was Fantasy, just a Romance story, or more/both. Or, maybe, it was the fact that the character was intoxicated and distracted.

Either way.

As I read through it, I really enjoyed every word that was there. I saw a couple of mistakes, but they were very minimal. But I could even ben thinking wrongly about them. Either way, there were little to no mistakes that I could see, which I was very happy about. It was written beautifully, with just the right amount of tension and suspension. It was all very bewitching and entrancing.

My main question now is to yvesdot, is this a published book here on Wattpad? If so, I WANT TO READ IT!
