The streets were empty, the sky was dark. Even the stars weren't shining. A cold breeze took a hold of him, as he walked down the road. The only thing breaking the silence was the sound of his footsteps in the rain. Everyone would get lost in the maze of trees, but Echo wasn't just everyone. He walked here before, He knew the feeling of the icecold raindrops on his pale skin. It was worth it, he thought. 'Cause everytime he reached his destination it took his breath away. The huge house build out of stone appeared between the rough branches. Hesitating he layed his hand on the doorknob. It felt familiar. He closed his eyes. Preparing himself for the weird images that were about the play in his mind. A young woman running on her heels. She ran as fast as she could. The fear was written on her face. Then he came. A tall man wearing a black cloack. He haunted the lady, laughing. It sounded terrible. The noise cutted through his soul. He tried to open his eyes again. But it didn't fade. The images haunted him. The men reached the woman, pulled her hair. One last scream. He hitted her head against to doorknob. Echo could feel the pain as if it was his one. Then it was gone. The only thing he saw was the big wooden door. No blood, no strange people. Just the house and the lightning. A creepy feeling overwhelmed him when he entered. He felt a weird breeze in his neck. Shadows were dancing on the walls, The clock in the corridor was ticking. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock. He stood there, froozen. Hypnothysed by the sound. It was the only thing that disturbed the silence. Then he ran away. He didn't stop 'till he reached the musicroom. There on the right. A piano. He came a little closer and his fingers stroked the instrument. The keys were beautiful, made from a material unknown to him. His eyes closed and his heart skipped a beat. He sat down and started playing. The notes were unique. But that wasn't the only thing he loved about this place. When he played, the ghosts sang along. And then there was this weird ticking. Not the ticking of a clock, or sound of footsteps on a wooden floor. He had no idea what it was, But it was enchanting. He continued and lost himself in the music. Everything around him faded, lost his importance. He wasn't in the old house anymore. He found himself in the mountains. Far away from everything. No streets. No cars. Just him and his music. He saw the green grass. He could actually smell the flowers. His mind left reality, his eyes saw new worlds. He ran further and further in his fantasy, as the song got louder and louder. A shrill cry torned the beautiful landscape. Echo frooze. No one ever came to this house. It was empty and old. He quickly opened his eyes again. Darkness. No candlelight, no moonlight. Only darkness. A cold voice whispered in his hear. fficdq msd fofkkq... fkffss mfeff fkf... ficar màis fortior... It got louder and louder. He didn't recognise the words. Someone else was in this room. He jumped up and ran. He ran through to corridor, not even knowing where he was going. A silhouette appeared in front of him. He sighted when he noticed it was himself. It was a mirror. One of the many mirrors. They were everywhere. On his left. On his right. He looked at himself. His black hair stood wild and his yellow eyes glowed in the dark. He didn't know were it came from. The colour. He touched the mirror. His fingers left prints on the old glass. And there the were again. The images of his worsed nightmare. to theThere was a little boy. He was crying, hiding his face in his hands. The mirror laughed at him, as he started sobbing. What could he do? What could he do to end this burning pain in his heart? He lifted his arm, unvealing two beautiful eyes. They were blue and filled with tears. Then the boy did the thing he had always wanted to do. He hitted the mirror with his bare hands. It broke in a million pieces, piercing his skin. He took one of them and stabbed himself. Right in the heart. The blood flew over his body, painting his golden curls red. His heart beated for the last time. Then the little boy said goodbye  world and left. Echo looked in the mirror. Tears were streaming down his cheeks. His eyes were red, the colour of blood. No more yellow, no more peace. How could this happen? Was this caused by the old house? Those images in his head. The haunted him, they were burned in his soul. He saw them when he closed his eyes. He saw them when he opened his eyes. He had no choice. Fsfdfd mregv fsrgh... Facor máis fortior... This time the words came from everywhere. They surrounded him, chased him. He ran back to the musicroom. There were candles everywhere. They flickered on because of an invisable breeze, they made shadows on the wall. Shadows that shouldn't be there. He had to go outside. Back to the clock, back to the wooden door, back to the streets. Back to no one. 'Cause no one was waiting for him.
