It was Saturday
The weekend had finally arrived.
And it was not just any weekend. Or any other Saturday for that matter
It was Halloween.
Kayla checked herself out in the mirror for the last time while Thellie and Hills yapped away on her bed.
Talk of Logerrhea
She walked out of the bathroom and grabbed her mask which she had hanged on the holder outside the bathroom door.
Look complete.
Her exit drew the attention of the girls and they gawked as they took in her outfit.
Yeah
Take it In
All three of them had agreed to keep their costumes a secret from each other
Which had been really hard seeing that they shared almost everything
But they had made it through the week and they looked magnificent if she would say so herself.
Thellie was Corolla DeVille
Hills was Malificent
And Kayla ?......
Well she .....
She was dressed like the devil himself.
Yep
She looked like death
Yep
Trick or Treat
They all burst in laughter as Hills took a selfie with all of them posing as best they could in their hideous costumes
Time to go get them.
Kayla walked down the stairs shouting a goodbye to her Dad who had come home earlier than usual to put up some Halloween decorations and prepare some treats.
Kayla loved Halloween
And so did her Dad
And her friends.
She chuckled as they exited the front door and came into the beautiful horror filled night that was Halloween
A horrific beauty it really was
And this year
Kayla had gone all out
She had brought her demons out to play
And her costume said it all.
"Where is Jay?",Hills asked as they walked in the opposite direction from his house.
"He is not coming ",Kayla simply stated as they took in their surroundings.
This night was going to be scarily fantastic.
"Why not?",Thellie asked as the neared the park where the whole deal was
The Halloween carnival
"Well for starters,he said he would rather not waste his time to pick out a silly costume when he could just crash in his bed and I would just bring him my candy ",she explained with a smile on her face.
It was their Tradition
Their Halloween tradition
"Huhhh",Both girls exclaimed then giggled.
