Phantom was originally named Brian Walkers. He was born on January 1st, 1861. He became part of the Scotland yard when he was 25.
In 1888 he was assigned to the Jack the Ripper case. It took him 9 and a half weeks to find him. Walkers ended up finding the killer... but the killer was ready for him. Walkers wasn't that strong, he lost the fight and died. His spirit ended up connecting to the knife that killed him.
Walkers now wanders the earth killing rapist.
