"Marauder, this is the Raza. Are you there?" Two tired again.
"We may consider the possibility that they've already encountered the Ferrous Corp shuttle," the andriod tell Two.
"Patch me through to the destroyer."
"Done."
"This is the Raza. Please, respond." A few moments of silence go by, and Two's fustrations escelate, "This is the Raza. Please respond."
Then finally over the line the Ferrous Corp destroyer responded. "This is commander Nieman of the FCS Deliverance. Took you long enough."
"Apologies."
Seven didn't bother listening to anything more. Ferrous Corp has already sent a shuttle down there, they're not willing to wait, and they're not going to stop anything just because of an inconveniance. They don't care that the people they hired are on the ground. The only thing they care about is getting this planet and having it for themselves. They're not going to listen to a band of criminals, even if they hired them. Especially because this band of criminals hasn't done, hasn't finished the deed they were hired to do. Ferrous Corp is impatient, and they don't want to wait any longer.
So when Commander Nieman told Two that he's coming over from his ship, this not only startled Two but Five as well. So Two moved quickly towards Seven and Five as soon as the andriod informed them the a shuttle from the destroyer was headed over here.
"Go. Hide. Neither of you come out until we tell you it's safe. Go!"
Five tried to protest but she gave up before she started. She just left the bridge, and Seven followed her. They shouldn't hide together, it will be easier to get caught if they hide together. So as the two of them went through the many different hallways, Seven thought of different laces where she could hide, and still be informed on what's going on. Then, Five stopped and went over to the vent hidden on the wall. Five pushed up the grate and climbed inside, she turned on a small flash light and turned to Seven.
"Are you going to join me?"
Seven doesn't say anything to her, and she doesn't make any moves to join her. Seven lifts her hands and drags the grate down, effecctivly telling Five she's going to be in the vents alone. So Five just turns around and starts making her way through the vents.
"Ok then... be safe Seven."
Seven nodded her head, and then took off down the hallway. A hiding spot doesn't nessecarily need to be far away, and it doesn't need to be out of sight. They won't be looking for her, meaning it will be easier for her to blend in with the surroundings. The question is where should this hiding spot be. Her question wasn't answered for from up ahead she heard footsteps, and she knew she took to long to find someplace. So looking around she decided. She ran towards the wall, grabbed the small ledge, hoisted herself up, grabbed onto a small valve on the ceiling, and pressed her feet and other arm against the edges of the wall. Her temporary hiding spot is on the ceiling. No one ever looks up.
She saw Two, the andriod, Commander Nieman, and other officers pass below her, and none of them looked up, none of them saw her, and none of them knew she was there, not even the android. Once they all passed and was in the next hallway, Seven skillfully and silently landed on the ground below. Quietly she followed the group, and she followed them to the mess hall. Even though she wanted to go in, and she wanted to hear what was going on with her own ears, she didn't go in, and she didn't make any moves to get any closer. She may want to know exactly what's going on, but she'll know soon enough. She doesn't have to get close to end up knowing, she never does.
...
After comamder Nieman left the ship, Seven, Five, Two, and the android all gathered together on the bridge. Five and Seven didn't share where they hid, even though Seven could tell that Two was a bit curious. But soon after that, the Raza fired up the FTL drive and left the planet behind. They left the planet's atmosphere, they left the Marauder, and they left their crew back on the planet's surface. What they're doing is good for the situation they're in, and even though the Marauder and their crew that is still down on the planet have no clue what it is, they can't stop, and they have to do it. It's for the best.
