Chapter 3: Choosing Fate

   Katsuko was astonished after listening to the words that came out of Matsuno's mouth, Yanuko walked towards Katsuko and untied him " so what's your answer Katsuko, do you wanna know the truth? or do you wanna go around running for your life? because they are not giving up until they see you die on their hands."

   Katsuko sat down on the side of the bed and replied "I wanna know the answers to the many questions I got and also to eliminate everyone who contributed to this plot against me" Matsuno replied to Katsuko " lucky for you, your 2 requests are on our to-do list so it's your turn to decide, are you with us?" Katsuko stood up and walk towards Matsuno until he was face to face with him, and without giving it so much though replies "well I accept" follow by shaking Matsuno's hand.

   Matsuno walks out of the room and says "girls please give him a tour around the place, let's meet up at the center at dinner time" Nagashi and Yanuko accepted and took Katsuko to show him the place. Everything seemed like a regular place until they got out of the building, there were multiple buildings in the middle of the forest children were outside playing and the adults were watching over them.

   "Is everybody here a Kagune?" Katsuko asked and Nagashi replied "yes Katsu, everyone here is a Kagune, from the smallest child to the oldest person alive," Katsuko asks "but why does everybody remain in hiding" Yanuko replies " everyone is afraid to get killed or captured by the GAKO agents, that's why we decided to move to the forest and start this small outpost"

   Yanuko and Nagashi showed Katsuko every single place of the outpost and surrounding areas until Katsuko and Yanuko got tired and stopped to take a break " come on Yanu we do you get tired so easily?" Nagashi asked while jogging in place and Yanuko replied "you perfectly know that you have always been a better athlete than me" a bell rang and Nagashi says "come on Yanu we gonna be late for dinner and to meet with my dad" Yanuko replies to Nagashi "go ahead  without me I will catch up soon" Katsuko stands up in front of Yanuko and says "Yanuko hop on my back lets go"

  Nagashi's face went blank as Katsuko helped Yanuko and carried her on his back "Katsu follow me, let's go do the dining hall" Katsuko followed Nagashi while Yanuko was dying of shame on his back. What Katsuko didn't know was that Nagashi took him by the longest pat.

   They finally got to the dining hall, Matsuno was there waiting for them "hey Nagashi what happened that you three are late, is Yanuko all right?" Nagashi replied "sorry dad we were showing Katsu around and Yanuko got tired so Katsuko decided to give her a ride as you can see" Yanuko's face was pale almost the color of her hair. 

   "Well let's go eat," Matsuno said and Nagashi said "follow me katsu let's get some good chairs" Katsuko followed Nagashi to the second floor where they find a nice table for four. After putting Yanuko on her chair Katsuko sat down follow by Nagashi, Matsuno was coming up the ladders follow by two women bringing them the best food they can offer.

   Matsuno sat down and the women serve their food. Everyone except Yanuko ate normally due that she still felt dead from shame. After everyone finished eating Matsuno tells Katsuko to follow him to his new place, Katsuko followed Matsuno as Nagashi and Yanuko were behind them.

   "Well Katsu this is gonna be the place where you gonna be staying," Matsuno said as he opened the door "Look Yanu room 101, it's literally around the corner of our place," Nagashi said as yanuko blushed.

   "okay girls go to your place I'm gonna talk to Katsu for a bit, especially you Yanuko you should take a long sleep" Matsuno while looking at Yanuko who replied back "oh...okay Matsu see you next day" Matsuno turns towards Katsuko and Tell him "okay let's speak about life my nephew"
