Chole was devastated for what she just saw but she will win this game, and she had the perfect plan for it.

"Captian Pierce, Detective Chole told me you needed me." You said with a cold voice.

"Yes, Miss Y/N, I want you to be my partner at the cases we get. " Pierce said to you with a warmer voice that you thought he could have

"Oh, Captain Pierce I'm flattered for the offer, but Lucifer and I have a connection."

"Detective Y/L/N, it wasn't a question it is a command. "

"Yes, Sir." You said coldly getting out of the Captain's office.

You saw Chole getting closer to you, you didn't know how to feel, the guilty was killing you with every step she took closer to you.

"Good morning Y/N," Chole told you while hanging you a coffee, the pain you felt in your heart almost killed you.

"Oh thank you, by the way how are the wedding plans going ?" You asked nervously while taking a sip of the drink.

"Well, I wanted to ask you if you want to be my bridesmaid ?" Chole sounded so excited but you felt terrible because of what happened yesterday with Lucifer.

"Ohh, Chole wow I didn't expect that.... mmm yeah, of course, I will, " You said while shaking your hands a little.

You saw Lucifer walking toward you and Chole.

"Oh my, how are my two favorite detectives in this world ?" Lucifer asked while kissing Chole's forehead.

You just gave him a small glance.

"Well Detective Y/L/N let's go " Lucifer walks toward the parking but you stop him in front of Chole so she could be a little more relaxed around you.

"Lucifer, wait. I'm not your partner anymore " You said in a serious tone.

"What? Why ?" Lucifer said in a very concerned tone.

"Because I asked her to be my partner " Pierce got out of his office and walked towards you.

Lucifer was angry and concern

"Ready to get a ride Y/N ?" Pierce said very confidently
