Welcome to The Introduction of My Life!

My name is Leo Jasper. I am sixteen years old. I have a conscience that split itself into two parts, and I find myself talking to them a lot. Like a regular teenager, I'm still trying to figure out my purpose in life. So far, I'm pretty sure I'm destined to become a time traveler. I go to Almond Moon University. Weird name, right? Well, AMU doesn't teach about types of nuts. They teach time travel. Almond Moon is very cautious though. If you were wondering, the current year is 3096.

I love mechanics and robotics. Basically, I love fidgeting with parts and screws. I am ambitious, hard-working, and (usually,) resourceful.

I think that school isn't that hard, but the homework they give us is WAY too much! It's almost like you would need a suitcase to carry everything! Plus, everything is study guides (Ten per class!), essays (Five per class!), and just straight up packets (Seven per class!).

I don't have a girlfriend, but I have a crush. She's taller than me. Her name is Alyssa Gryffon. She's funny, cute, athletic, and smart! I just wish I was taller, or she was shorter. Anyways, enough fantasizing about girls that I wish would notice me.

My favorite color is red, the color of fire! Now, I know that some people are about to contradict what I just said, "No, Leo, the color of fire is blue, yellow, and orange!" And to that I say, red is the coolest part of fire! It's the outside, encasing the dancing flame as it flickers and shines brightly. Everything I own is red! My dorm is red, my bed is red, my markers are red, my pens are red...you get the idea.

I have my best friends by my side at AMU, too. My best friends' names are Alex Holden and Eva Willow.  Alex can be referred to as Jack because he can type and decipher as fast as a jackhammer.  Alex is a techie who looks like a jock.  He acts like my student tutor sometimes.  Eva is also known as Songbird because everyone knows she can sing well.  Eva is my roommate who thinks that life is a rainbow and she talks about spiritual things like third eyes a lot. She's also the only one who knows about Alyssa.  Eva is so annoying sometimes.  She just bugs me about her and tells me to say 'hi' every single time we're near her.

I am an amateur time traveler. Which means, if I mess up my life, I can go back in time to fix it. (I'm not that much of a time travel genius, but Alex is a time travel genius, so go ask him.) I'm kidding, I'm kidding! Never, ever do that, because you never ever go back in the timeline because that could mess the whole world up!

I have been back in the timeline before, but that was with my entire class, and we were wearing funny clothes so we blended in with everyone. Plus, when we came back, we hid behind a gigantic forest so no one could see the flashy blue light shining and the tachyons floating in midair when we left.  Our time-traveling tech is still kind of new so we haven't been able to get rid of the tachyons and flashy lights yet.

Enough about school field trips. I've built mini time machines before in the small dorm I call home. Before we left that era on my field trip, I did the one thing you were not supposed to do; talk to anyone. I went ahead and talked to someone named Jeggins. I told him that we weren't from this era. He actually believed me! I realized that I broke a major rule so, I begged him not to tell anyone and gave him a Timed Gifts machine. Now, I send little gifts to him via Timed Gifts.

Now, I don't think many of you know what Timed Gifts machines are. They are machines that teleport small things anywhere in time or anywhere in general. I actually managed to take apart one and still have one myself! Luckily, I can afford these, and they only barely scratch my bank account's surface. I took the machine apart because, I thought I could build my own time machine because the school assignment says, build a time machine. The only thing is, in order to make mine work, I need a huge energy source.
