*Harry's POV* 🐸
"Alright we're here and no more fighting guys. Let's enjoy the day together" Niall says as we all pile out of the car
I just roll my eyes as I try to get as far away from Zayn as I possibly can.
I knew I was being stubborn and rude but I didn't even care. Zayn had betrayed my trust and I didn't know if I could ever forgive him.
"Hey, you okay?" Louis says as he walks over to me
"Yea, Just Zayn's presence is pissing me off" I say beginning to walk towards the mall with rest of the group
"Yeah I've been there" Louis says holding my hand
"I'm sorry I didn't notice any of it." I say kissing his forehead
"It's okay, he's changed you know." He says giving me a look
I stay silent not really knowing what say. We enter the mall and Louis heads off to talk to Zayn.
Eventually we head off in groups. Niall and Liam head off towards the food court. And just as I think Louis' gonna be with me and Zayn he changes his mind and runs after them. Leaving me and Zayn alone.
A part of me just wanted to ditch the asshole completely but the guilt would've just made me go back to him anyway
We walk in silence together. Not really doing anything but walking increasing just how awkward the situation is.
"Umm, you wanna wait for them to come back or?" Zayn says nervously
"Or we could go look for them." I say fearing just how uncomfortable it would be to just stand here waiting
"Yea, yea that works to." He says looking down
We stand there for a while before I start walking towards the food court with Zayn following behind me
After searching for a while we find them inside of a store goofing off.
"Hey guys, we missed you." Niall says innocently
"If you missed us why'd you run off without us" Zayn says crossing his arms
"Nonsense" Niall says exiting the store
Zayn begins walking with Liam and I with Louis
"I'm sorry, Niall and Liam made me. They wanted to force to you two to make up. Did it work?" Louis asks leading me out of the store
"Umm, considering we only spoke to agree to com looking for you guys no it didn't work." I tell him
"Awww man, I really thought in those five minutes you guys would've made up." Louis says sarcastically
I laugh as we catch up to the rest of the group where we decided to do some shopping then meet up at the food court. Me and Louis start heading off in one direction when Niall catches up to us.
"Hey can I go with you guys? Zayn and Liam are still in that whole new couple faze and I don't want to be stuck in the middle of it." Niall explains
"Yeah sure buddy. Though I can't promise me and Louis won't be the same." I say putting an arm over his shoulder
"Yeah, with you two I really don't mind it." He says walking in sync with us
"Niall Horan! Are you saying you ship Harry and I more that. Liam and Zayn?" Louis asks playfully
"I'm legally not allowed to say, but yes." Niall responds in a whisper
We all burst out laughing and head into a store where Louis ends up buying three shirts and something else I didn't get to see.
After about an hour of shopping we head to the food court to meet up with Zayn and Liam. We all buy our food and sit down at a table to eat and rest our legs
"Here I got you this" Louis says revealing a box holding a silver bracelet with an infinity sign in the middle.
"Thanks Lou, I love it" I say putting it on. It really was beautiful
"I don't know about you guys, but me, I'm all shopped out." Niall says while stretching
"Alright Niall we can go." Liam says laughing a bit
"But the day only just began! How about we go to my house and have one big sleepover?" Louis suggests taking a sip from his drink
"What? Are we 12?" Niall responds
"He's just thinks he's too cool to admit it but that sounds like a great idea." Zayn says pinching Niall
"Actually I think I'm gonna have to spend the night at home after not informing my mom where I was last night but we could do it at mine." I say already texting my mother
"Then it's settled, I'll drive you guys all home so you can prepare, then we'll all meet at Harry's house around?" Liam says looking at me
"Um, whenever you can really probably before5" I say
"Oh Zayn! Bring that one movie we watched at mine last time! That movie was soo good!" Louis says looking at Zayn with a grin on his face
"Oh! You're right! But we didn't even finish it, and I left it at your house." He responds
"I'll bring it then" Louis says getting up
I get up as well to help Louis with all his bags. I never realized just how close he'd gotten with Zayn. Maybe he had changed
"Hey Zayn, can we talk?" I say falling behind the group
"Um, yea sure" Zayn says confused
"Listen for Louis' sake I think we should try to get along." I tell him
"No" He says after a while of silence
"I don't want to do this for Louis, I want to try to fix this friendship for us, because we're best friends and I miss you. Not for any other reason." Zayn says stopping to look at me
"Yeah, I guess that'd be nice too." I say smiling at him
"Sorry for calling you an asshole and saying all those things about fucking Liam" I say once we begin walking again
"Sorry for calling you a stubborn bitch and then saying you're stupid." Zayn says shamefully
"You know, one of those seems considerably worse and it's not mine. Zayn says suddenly
"You're right. The Liam thing may have been a bit extreme" I say through laughter
He begins laughing too and we catch up to rest of the boys. I put an arm over his shoulder and realize just how much I'd miss him
And how glad I was to have my best friend back
