"I present you with your badge officer Smith." I was then handed my badge from my instructor who was a weathered looking man. I shook his right hand and took the badge with my left the room was full of officers and civilians then the spotlight hit me full beam which rendered me blind. I read the note and realized the killer was talking about the city of Bornloft a older city of the United States mob sect law.
