I'm scared for my life.

Roni told me that i will be meeting up with my date tonight at the fundraisers ball.

Why is she doing this to me , can't she not see that i want her and not anyone else..

So here i am infront of the full length mirror adjusting my tie , i wore a black suit and white button up shirt , not gonna lie i looked devilishly handsome with my hair out of place ,and looked like i just came out of a sex model catalog.

Don't get over your head Jonah , if you were that good looking then roni would have left zach and found her way to you , i thought to my self selfishly.

Maybe just Maybe my date will be as good as roni , look and personality wise.

That woman has her fingers wrapped around me and she doesn't even know that , I'm one hell of a love sick puppy.

"Tonight's the fundraiser ball" i reminded my best friend lily.

"I know, oh how i wish to be there so i could see the blood drain out of his face when you walk down the stairs with your slightly fat belly" she spoke as she handed me a long backless dress with slits on the sides.

It was beautiful.

"What's the plan?" She asked me.

"Befriend Veronica and after few days i tell her the truth about her fake husband" i replied while wearing the dress , it had fit me in all the right places , my breast round and firm , my ass not too big and not too small.

I was the definition of the word seduction , i looked beautiful and quite the sex on legs if you ask me.

Not only am i going for revenge but also to see the look on his face when he realizes who i am.

Veronica's POV

Ashlyn, Zach and I got out of the limousine , we stood outside the hotel,it was humongous and extremely well built with creative patterns carved in the wall and statue's made out of gold,even the security guard's were wearing an Armani suit.

As we walked in , Zach's hands found my waist , his hold tight and firm.

After going through security and name checking , we walked through Big golden colored double doors and down the stairs.

All eyes were on us , More specifically on me, people looked at us in aw and hatred.

Aw because we were the perfect couple in their eyes and hatred because i know for sure zach has slept with half of them before our marriage.

I don't blame him tho , i mean if a guy like Zach was someone else's husband I'd go full on revenge plotting.

And now he is no longer the most wanted bachelor in the business world.

after cascading down the stairs Zach took me to meet up with some of his partners , they were the same age as zach and I.

I kept shifting uncomfortably as one of them scanned me from top to bottom taking in all my features and flaws.

I excused myself to get a glass of wine,on reaching the table a small pat on my shoulders had me startled a bit.

Turning around i saw a beautiful looking woman , her hair dark brown and eyes as green as the forest , she was wearing a backless dress that made her curvy figure more prominent and a slight bump could be seen if you looked closely.
