He didn't want me to have to go through this hassle anymore.
He didn't want me to get hurt, or have to struggle to stay level headed either.
He just wanted me to have the life I was born to have. And I guess he thought that meant...without him.
But, in this instant, I don't think I could ever believe this to be the answer. Never. Right now is what's important.
I didn't even get to figure out the riddle, or try my hardest to tell him how I feel about all this.
"Well tell me if you've seen him!" Bellhena raises her voice and covers her mirror which she's been yelling into for the past 30 minutes before she turns to pick up the letter in front of me, a perplexed expression glued onto her features.
Gosh I hope she has some sort of news. Anything really. How long has he been gone? When did he decide to leave? Does he have anywhere to go besides my house or somewhere in this world?
Rynn...you idiot.
Why are you leaving before it's even begun?
"Don't worry ok? We'll find him." Bellhena turns to look at me, her usual make up flawless under my stare and I don't even bother to try and respond. I'm a mix between restless and tired.
This whole freaky, weird, odd, whacked out journey has me restless and tired and I'm lecturing myself for ever wondering at what to do in the end.
Rynn actually said goodbye for me.
He knew I was having trouble, and he said goodbye because he thought my life without him was worth more than my life with him.
We're both fools.
This is the kind of thinking that kept our tongues broken for so long.
I can't believe he's actually...gone.
Goodbye...
"Hey, I'm back!" Lukas' voice runs throughout the house and I perk up my ears at the hope he's seen Rynn somewhere nearby. I know he's familiar with this area and I'm hoping that he's been able to track down at least something indicating that my stupid cat hasn't gone far.
"Did you find anything?" Bellhena floats down to the front door and I watch as Lukas shakes his head. "Did you check the express? He could be taking the Vliss...they don't allow cats on board and he still has the spell on him."
"I asked around there but I don't know where he'd be going. He's probably long gone by now anyway. I'll go ask to see if the ticket attendant gave any away to him. He probably took the money from one of your drawers. Check to see if he did. If he didn't then he didn't pay for a way out." Lukas instructs before leaving the house again and I run up the stairs after Bellhena, the adrenaline in me at minimal, and I'm hoping steady as we both turn a corner to go into her room.
It actually looks pretty regular apart from the fact that the walls are just like lava lamps with globs of pink and green floating up and down with a circular bed in the middle of her rose colored carpet floor.
As Bellhena begins to count her...money...I notice a clock in the corner of the room with the hour hand on a symbol close to 12.
