Luke- a fourteen year old boy with curly brown hair and brown eyes (he looks just like the actor Noah Jupe). Personality wise he is outgoing, very social, talkative, kind and funny.
Valentine- a 14 year old girl with shoulder length Golden brown curly hair, dimples, freckles and glasses. Personality wise she is quite shy but once you get to know her she is talkative, loud in a good way, outgoing, goofy, hilarious, caring and the most kind and understanding person you've ever met. Although she does deal with social anxiety and is extremely self conscious about her looks.
At this point in the story Luke and Valentine have been dating for about 3 months and feel closer to each other than they have to anybody else in their lives.
