Nathan Jones: Rise of the Frost Devil

Scene 5 "Mountain of Trouble"

{Border of Nepal and Tibet, China}

On a snow lift heading to the top of the far east side of Mount Everest, Nathan sits by two men with covered faces. Nathan dressed in his winter jacket, ski goggles, snow pants, and winter boots. At the top of the mountain, Nathan and the two men look down the hill seeing other people skiing and snowboarding, Nathan looks at the two people.

Nathan Jones- "I have (Pulls a twenty dollar bill from pocket) twenty dollars on me beating you guys to the bottom. Anyone else?"

The two people stand there and nod at him, Nathan attaches his snowboard to his feet and sits there while the other two place their snowboards to their feet.

Nathan Jones- "Whelp, see you losers at the bottom. I'll wait for my forty dollars."

Nathan jumps and begins heading down the mountain as the two people look at each other and pull grenades from their pockets, the people throw the grenades and drop faster than Nathan did. Nathan begins laughing.

Nathan Jones- "So that's how it's going to be. Challenge accepted."

As Nathan speaks the grenades go off causing an avalanche. Nathan turns his head seeing the avalanche.

Nathan Jones- (Screams) "OH, SHIT!"

Nathan turns around facing forward and begins going faster with the avalanche gaining on him, he sees a hill coming up. Nathan begins thinking and goes up the hill, the avalanche passes under him. Nathan lands on top of the avalanche and begins riding it, he begins cheering "This is awesome," as he makes his way down the hill. Halfway down the mountain, Nathan spots trees coming up, he begins unzipping his jacket.

Nathan Jones- (Looking at jacket) "Sorry but you're weighing me down."

Nathan lets go of the Jacket as it flies behind his board, it lands on top of the snow while getting covered. Nathan runs into a rock and flies over the trees, landing on the other side of the trees Nathan looks around for the two people. While Nathan looks for the people he doesn't notice another snowboarder following him. The snowboarder behind Nathan lifts his hand as a stream of sandstone flies and hits directly under Nathan's board causing Nathan to fly off of his board in front of the avalanche. The snowboarder passes by Nathan as the avalanche covers him. At the bottom of the mountain the two men take off their goggles and scarves to reveal Jason and Ryan, as the other snowboarder meets them at the bottom he takes his goggles off to reveal Brian, he looks up the mountain.

Brian Rebel- (Chuckles) "Good luck getting up after that."

Brian, Jason, and Ryan each get onto a snowmobile and take off down a path.

Jason Corvin- (In the distance) "Now for Megan."

As they leave Nathan forces his hands and head out of the snow pile and looks around.

Nathan Jones- (To self) "Well I guess I keep my twenty."

He begins digging himself out of the snow.
