One year later.
Maggie faced the wind as it blew her hair back. The waves crashed against the shore in a peaceful rhythm as she felt Jae's arms come around her.
She smiled leaning against his chest as she admired the way his wedding band caught the setting sun. He kissed the top of her head before pushing his glasses up his nose.
His sight came back fully, but he still needed glasses to see clearly. That was just fine though because yesterday he was able to watch her walk down the shore in her simple wedding dress, and she was able to see the love in his shinning eyes.
Maggie had thought she would never be able to get over the terrible month that she had been held by Tim, but with God's grace, she made it through. In her mind, Jae was still her only, and his unconditional love helped her forget the bad.
"How about a swim?" Jae's tone was teasing as he popped her on the backside before walking past.
Maggie laughed moving forward. She pulled her clothes off revealing her swimsuit underneath while Jae pulled his shirt and glasses off before diving into the waves.
Following his lead, she rested in the fact that with God's help, He used a blind man to help open her eyes to bigger and better things.
