Chapter 7: Calm before the storm

   Katsuko finally arrives at his place "home sweet home" Katsuko said as he placed Yanuko on his couch. Katsuko walk towards the kitchen and says "why did they attack in this precise moment, do they know something about my training? Well, I'm gonna eat something and go to sleep."

   Katsuko makes himself food and proceeded to eat, right when he was about to eat Yanuko wakes up and walks towards the kitchen to serve her own food and says "thanks for making food Katsu" Katsuko replied "I was afraid that it will cool off without you even tasting it" Yanuko smiled at him and said "I missed you so much, I use to come to your place and clean it daily by the way your necklaces are there" Yanuko pointed at the box and Katsuko replied as he blushed "thanks I will take care of that tomorrow"

   Yanuko asks with puppy eyes on her face "Katsu, ca...can...i stay here for the night? it doesn't matter if I sleep on the couch I just wanna be near you" Katsuko accepted and says "okay let's go to sleep". Katsuko walks towards his bed and says "come here Yanuko let's sleep together" Yanuko blushed and without complain she accepted to sleep next to her loved one.

   The hours passed and Katsuko falls asleep as Yanuko plays with his hair and says "I will enjoy this moment while it last because what comes after this is hell." Yanuko hugged Katsuko tightly until she eventually falls asleep.

   The next day Katsuko wakes up to the smell of his favorite food a simple but well-done Ramen "good morning Katsu." Yanuko said staring at him in she had an apron on and Katsuko replied while blushing "good morning Yanu thanks for making food again."

   "Let's eat fast so we meet up on time with Matsuno," Katsuko says and Yanuko replied "Okay let me serve this so we can eat" Yabuko proceeded to serve the Ramen and take it to the table, "so what's the meeting gonna be about Katsu?" Yanuko asked and Katsuko replied "well we have to decide what's gonna happen after this attack, because I'm sure that they won't stop until they get this necklace, kill all the kagunes in this outpost, and kill me" 

   Yanuko looked at Katsuko and said, "then we should hurry up a bit so we can have a long talk about this with Matsu and other key kagunes to make a plan." Katsuko smiled at Yanuko and said "I know how you feel Yanu, once we take out GAKO out of the picture I promise you that I will spend my life protecting you and looking out for the ones we care about. But let's make  this happen together" Yanuko looked at Katsuko with tears in her eyes and said "let's make this happen Katsu" Katsuko gently approached at Yanuko and kiss her as she blushed "thanks." Katsuko replied as they exited Katsuko's place to talk with Matsuno.

   Matsuno was already talking with other kagunes "hey katsu you finally here, you too Yanu." Matsuno said and Nagashi added, "okay now that everyone is here let's discuss our main issue, Matsu please proceed." Matsuno placed a map on the table as everyone gathered around to see it.

   "This is the map that we have from the GAKO tower, they are short on soldiers but they will quickly recruit more soldiers so we have to take advantage of this moment. This is the best chance we got and we can't let it pass." Matsuno said Nagashi adds "this is gonna be a high-risk high reward operation, we are going to start the assault to the place in two weeks everyone that still able to fight has to assist us in this fight." Matsuno replies "everyone dismissed for today please attent the ones who still wounded from last night and train."

   Katsuko and Yanuko approach Matsuno and Katsuko say "hey Matsu let's talk about the stuff I told you," Matsuno replies" girls we will talk in private so if you excuse us." Katsuko follows Matsuno to his place and started to talk in private. Meanwhile, Nagashi and Yanuo were talking outside and Nagashi asked: "what do you think that Katsu and dad are talking inside there?" Yanuko replied, "I'm asking myself the same question but I don't know what it is?"
