chapter one.

it's friday the thirteenth. 

hyunjin wakes up, stretching. 

at the foot of his bed sits his roommate, jeongin, who is attempting to put on his socks to get ready for school. 

woojin stands in front of the mirror also getting ready for school, spraying his hair vigorously with hairspray. 

in the diner opposite the dorm that they live in, chris sits down to eat his breakfast of bacon and eggs. he reaches for the salt. 

seungmin takes out his coin purse and shakes the contents on to his hand. 

changbin, already at school, puts his money into the vending machine to buy a drink. 

felix, still in the dorm, opens the refrigerator and takes out a can of coke. 

minho, also at school, finds a letter in his locker that seems like a love letter. 

han, exiting the gym, is playing a game on his phone. 

a clock chimes in the distance. 

han slips on a banana peel and cracks his phone. 

minho sees the letter is just a chain mail. 

felix opens the coke and it sprays on his face. 

changbin presses the drink button but his drink doesn't come out, and neither does his money. 

seungmin realizes his purse is empty. 

chris sprinkles salt on his eggs, but the lid comes off, showering his eggs in salt. 

woojin touches his hair and finding it sticky, he looks at the can of hairspray revealing it to be extra strength glue. 

jeongin pulls his sock on and sees there is a hole in the top. 

hyunjin looks at the clock and sees that it has stopped and he is late for his first class of the day...
