Dropping the phone on the night stand, I closed my eyes as I held In the tears that were on the verge of coming out.
It hurts really bad. To find out about all this. it hurts so much, mostly when it is from the ones you love.
Knock knock
"mi mami are you okay?" my mom said. Opening the door. I look at her and speak.
"why mama? WHY?" I asked as I begin to cry again. My mom enters and comes sit with me on my bed holding me in a tight hug
"I'm sorry Maria. But it wasn't me it was your dad he said until the right time comes I should tell you but till then he told me not to speak, i... promised him Maria" mom said in guilt.
Rapping my hands around her, I hug her tightly .... I don't know how she could do it but I really felt bad for my mom she is the happiest to be around but I know deep down she misses dad so much just like I do.
"Everything will be fine amor" she said before pecking my forehead.

It has been three days and I haven't still decided on whether or not to sign the papers. It has been difficult to remove the thought of marrying Jayden, some I literally just met like a week and some days ago. My mom has been trying her very best to make me smile the passed days and that's why I feel much better going to work cause well I haven't gone in the past three days.
It was 8:30am and I was getting ready to go to work. Taking a look at my appearance in the mirror for the last time.
I wore a pink wide leg pants and a black short sleeve satin shirt, matching it up with my bad Dior heels and blag Dior hand bag. My hair was left flowing down naturally
Going down stairs I saw my mom and I pecked her cheeks and greeted her. Missing break fast because of my 9:20am meeting. I left the house.
Ten minutes later I arrived at the office preparing everything for the meeting.
Knock knock
"yes coming " I said. Looking up I saw it was my assistant Alex who came in.
"yes Alex what may I do for you?" I asked.
"ma'am the meeting room is ready for you and your guests" she replied.
"thank you. You may go" I said. With that she left my office.
Making my way to the meeting room ready for the meeting.
