INTRODUCTION
TALES FROM THE GRAVEYARDGISELLE TROY NEVER could comprehend the reason behind the multiple girls that fawned over her father — a Chaser for the Irish National Quidditch team — nor could she comprehend the fact that her uncle, a man who treated Giselle and her sister Guinevere as though they were the daughters he never had, was once a man who tortured Muggles for fun. However, what the Slytherin had the hardest time comprehending was not that her father continued to stay faithful to her mother despite the countless times her picture had appeared on the Daily Prophet underneath bold text that read LATEST CHEATING SCANDAL, but rather that one woman was adamant on killing every member in the Troy Family.
Parallel to the feelings of most students who attend Hogwarts, Giselle found comfort in the homely atmosphere at Hogwarts, something she couldn't find in her true home (her sister always did say that is hard to find comfort in your home when you are always looking over your shoulder to make sure a psychopath wasn't about to barge in). Hogwarts truly was the only place Giselle was sure she had no chance of being attacked. It was with absolute certainty that Giselle believed no one besides Hogwarts staff and students could enter onto the school grounds.
At least that is what she believed until her fifth year arrived; the year that it was announced that Sirius Black had escaped from Azkaban and she felt the target on her back triple in size. And to add to the already complicated situation, a pair of red haired twins refuse to leave Giselle in peace.
