Cold. Quiet. Damp.
Those were the three words that came to mind. A cold feeling surrounding my scarred bones. Silence filling the cool air. A damp smell... y'know the kind of smell you get when you're in the woods and it's been raining a lot. That kind of smell. It was almost comforting and familiar in a way. I couldn't open my eye sockets. Grumbling slightly, I forced myself to get up and open my eyes. Who knows what could happen to you when you're asleep in the open.
Once I got up I noticed that I was in Snowdin forest. Wait... That can't be right. Last I remember I was at home on the sofa making sure Paps didn't get blood stains all over the walls again. That was a pain in the neck to get out. I leaned against one of the trees and rubbed my eyes sockets. The sky... Is it even a sky? Or is it a ceiling? Either way, it was tinted with a faint pink colour. Is that normal? Probably not. I looked around, nothing too weird other than the fact that there are a few articles of clothing decorating the trees. I wonder why.
I heard footsteps making their way closer to me. Thankfully I have my beloved axe with me so I gripped onto it just in case. I decided to stay still and completely hide my eye light to make it seem like I'm dead. The huge hole in my skull is perfect for scaring people or fooling them into thinking I'm injured. People are too kind for their own good. Also, the kind ones taste nicer. The footsteps were coming closer and I could tell that this person was small and weak. Perfect. They stopped right in front of me. I felt them lightly place a hand on my arm so I took this opportunity to harshly grab onto their small arm and position my axe right next to their neck.
