earthworm sally slithered like a worm into the woods to try and find the weirdo at her door. she reached a clearing and there was no one to be seen. she sighed and went back to her house. mr foot was still standing outside her door. "so?" he asked arrogantly.
"fine then, i will go to the dance with you mr foot" she replied distractedly. "let me finish getting ready first, make yourself at home." the two walked into the house together and mr foot sat down on the sofa.
"can i get you anything to drink mr foot?" sally's mum, mrs flamingo offered.
"oh just a glass of water please mrs flamingo" he replied
"coming right up young man, and please, call me kirsten!" she said
after a while sally was ready, she had decided to wear a strawberry coloured dress instead, which reminded her of her childhood best friend, sammy.
"stay safe you two!" sally's mum called from the kitchen
"and no drinking!" yelled sally's dad, albert. sally laughed as she walked out the door with her unexpected date.
