Draco Malfoy had gone back in time to try to save Astoria Greengrass before she died. While he was turning the time turner, a rat came and scared him; leading him to turn the time turner too far back in time.
1926
Draco arrived back to 1926 to Brooklyn, New York. He was confused when he got there, but saw a calendar. He was shocked because he thought he had gone to when Astoria Greengrass was alive. He took out his time turner to go back home when a brown fuzzy creature came running towards him. The brown creature jumped up towards him and snatched his time turner away. A man came running and said, "I'm sorry sir, I'll get your watch back!" Draco, scared that he might not be able to go home, started running after the man. "Sorry about that sir, I'm Newt Scamander." said Newt, running to catch the creature. "What is a niffler doing here?" asked Draco. "You know about them?!" asked Newt, "How do you know about them? Are you a wizard? Is that why?" "Yes I'm a wizard," responded Draco. Both of them kept running to catch the niffler. They kept running and running until they trapped the niffler into an alleyway. Wingardium Leviosa! The niffler flew straight into Newt's arm. Newt started to shake him up and down till the time turner came out. The niffler, annoyed that he couldn't have the time turner, turned the knob a random number of times. "No!" screamed Draco, "I have to go ba-" Draco got cut off because the time turner got activated.
Draco had ended up in another dimension.
