"Chani-ah!"

Rowoon's loud voice echoed powerfully throughout the dorm, causing Chanhee to storm downstairs, worried.

"What is it?" he shouted back, running.

Chanhee stopped in his tracks and huffed upon seeing Rowoon smiling.

"So..this might sound horrible to you but Hyeyoon invited us to have dinner together." Rowoon said, making Chanhee frown.

He absolutely wanted to decline.

"I'm not coming.Besides, you two will be discussing about your drama so my presence will be useless." Chanhee crossed his arms over his chest and stared Rowoon down, as if making sure he won't try to pursue him any further.

Rowoon sighed and pulled the boy into a warm hug and stroked his hair.

"I know you don't like her but she wants to know you better and possibly become your friend. You two barely talked during the time you filmed your drama."

Chanhee hugged Rowoon's back and let out a small sigh, reconsidering his decision. If he accepted, maybe he could see what her real intentions were and if she liked Rowoon or not.He could finally let go of his jealousy if she wasn't interested in his lover.

Rowoon waited patiently and Chanhee lifted his head, looking up at the taller.

"Very well.I'll come, but if she makes stupid comments I'll leave."

Rowoon kissed his soft lips and smiled. "Make an effort as well, Chani-ah.Let's all be friends."

Chanhee forced a smile at the last part but nodded anyway, not wanting to upset his lover with his childish outbursts.Maybe Rowoon was right. He just had to act more like an adult.

What could possibly go wrong?

Chanhee, Rowoon and Hyeyoon met in front of the fancy restaurant.

Seeing the two males, Hyeyoon smiled with a mischevious glint in her dark eyes. She bowed and entered first after making sure to admire Rowoon.

Chanhee took in a deep breath and composed himself as he followed them inside.

After choosing a table and ordering dinner, the three waited for one of them to start the conversation.

"It is so nice that you came as well, Chanhee. It has been quite a long time since we last saw each other.I believe it was on our last day shooting the drama.I was hoping you'd keep in touch and maybe ask for acting advice but it seems like I was expecting too much." Hyeyoon spoke up, a tinge of coldness lacing her voice.

Chanhee shot her a polite smile. "Group activities have been very hectic lately and surprisingly, I did not need any help in acting.I had Seokwoo by my side."

Rowoon forced a smile. The tension between the two was heavy.

"That's good to hear.Seokwoo and I have an amazing bond due to this drama.I feel like filming is going a lot smoother than it did with you.You were rather unapproachable." Hyeyoon chuckled lightly.

Rowoon sensed the change in Chanhee's demeanour and shot him a brief sideways glance as if warning him not to say anything bad in return.

Chanhee smiled. "I was surprised when Seokwoo told me that you also invited me, since we aren't too close."

"Truth be told, I only wanted to see who Seokwoo keeps putting on a pedestal.I'm shocked to find out that it's you."

Rowoon gulped and watched as Chanhee's hands started shaking.

Chanhee absolutely hated her.

"Oh, so you didn't know about our relationship.Let me properly introduce myself then.I'm Seokwoo's long time lover."

Hyeyoon's expression turned sour but managed to compose herself as Rowoon smiled widely at Chanhee.

"Is that so? I wonder why Seokwoo refused to mention who he was dating.I almost thought he's single."

"I simply did not want to seem too unprofessional at work." Rowoon spoke up and interlocked hands with Chanhee.

Hyeyoon watched as the food arrived and soon after they started eating in silence.

"Since when are you two a couple? I doubt you have been together for a long time as you mentioned.Couples nowadays don't last." Hyeyoon set her eyes on Chanhee as she asked.

"We are together ever since pre-debut and we respect each other. Our love is not as superficial as you might think and that's why our relationship lasted all these years." Chanhee replied coldly, taking a bite of his steak.

"I assume you must be having arguments often with that attitude, Chani-ah." Hyeyoon smirked and Chanhee was close to burst.

Rowoon intervened. "Not often but when they occur, we do our best to discuss and sort them out. We're not perfect but we love each other and that's all that matters, so let's talk about our drama." he spoke sternly.

"Sure, Seokwoo."

Chanhee kept quiet after that, carefully listening to their conversation.

"I'd love to act in another drama with you again, Seokwoo. And maybe with Chanhee as well." Hyeyoon chuckled and stood up.

Chanhee and Rowoon forced a smile and escorted her out of the restaurant.

"It was a lovely night."

Chanhee scowled.

"Indeed.Should I call a taxi for you?"

Hyeyoon briefly glanced at Chanhee and shook her head.

"No need.I will be fine."

Rowoon politely bid his goodbye and turned to Chanhee after she left.

"Well, this was eventful. Are you alright?" he asked and started heading home with the boy.

"I wanted to slap her face with the damn steak but yeah.I'm fine."

Rowoon chuckled and pulled him closer, kissing the top of his head.

"I'm sorry for making you come."

"I'll have to punish you anyway." Chanhee flashed him a devilish smirk.
