Amelia's pov

I was really getting into the science work. We had to do the egg drop. Then the teacher said "Right class, I am going to send yous home and you have to work on this together. Project brought in next week! Day of the prom." Just as he said prom the bell rang.

"Want to come to mine to do the project?" Ross said. "Depends." I smirked with my books in my arms against my chest, then I walked out.

I was laughing with my friend Iesha and then Ross ran up behind me. ''Hey.'' He said as he grabbed my hand and our arms swing as we walked. ''Hi?'' I said unhooking my hand from his.

''Whats this.'' Iesha asked. ''Nothing.'' I said just as Ross was about to speak. ''We need to do a project together.'' I said before she said '' Aw right okay.'' I hugged her then she walked home. ''Lets go.'' I said walking. 

We got to Ross' house and just like mine, it was massive.

We walked in as he held the door open for me. ''Thank you.'' I smile/ nodded. ''Hi.'' A tall blonde girl said putting her hand out for me to shake it. ''Hi, Im Amelia.'' I said. ''Im, Rydel. Nice to meet you.'' Rydel said. ''You too.'' I smiled. ''So your family are nice and you make fun of people.'' I whispered. As ross shrugged his (Im guessing) Mum said ''Hi. Oh my goodness. I love your outfit.'' She said before i said ''Oh, thank you. Im Ameila.'' I said putting my hand out. ''Im stormie. So your the popular girl, Ross used to fancy.'' Stormie said. ''I giggled alittle bit then looked at Ross.'' ''Heha.'' Ross giggled nervously.

''In you come.'' Stormie said about to walk into the living room. ''No, mum. We are home early because we have a science project to do.'' Ross said. ''Aw okay.'' His mum winked. I laughed a tiny bit. 

Ross grabbed my wrist and pulled me up stairs. ''Woot Woow.'' Im guessing Ross' brother said. ''What Rocky?'' Ross said whilst stopping. ''Love birds.'' Rocky said. ''Ugh, shut up, were just friends.'' As Ross said this i looked at him with a face of ''What? were not friends'' look. ''Well, maybe not friends. We are just partners for this project.'' Ross said. ''Im Rocky.'' He said shaking my hand. ''Im Amelia.'' I said. ''Oh, your the popular girl, whos nice to everyone.'' He said before i said awkwardly ''Yeahhhh.'' ''Lets go.'' Ross said pulling me up the stairs.

''Im so sorry about that.'' Ross said closing his bedroom door. ''Haa its fine.'' I laughed. ''But.'' I continued. ''Why are you so nice to me but a idiot to everyone else?'' I asked. ''I am nice to others when i am by my self. For example when my friends arnt near, me and Jaimi are really close and have fun conversations.'' Ross said sitting beside me as i placed my books and my bag down.'' ''Aw okay. But you shouldnt be ashamed to be nice. People will like you much better, if you are nice.'' I said but i know he wont change with that information but he will hold it against me, but i can fight my own battles. 

''Your right.'' Ross said but i knew he was just saying that. After a couple of hours we had a few ideas but didnt have a complete idea yet. ''I better hed home. Get ready for tomorrow, shower and all that.'' I said before Ross' smile faded? ''What? Oh, why dont you stay here for dinner?'' Ross said. ''Um, well i can ask.'' I said before his smile grew again. I smiled without teeth. ''I'll go ask.'' Ross said before i said ''Okay.'' I then called my mom. ''Hey, i am at a 'friends' house and i was wondering if its okay with their Mum, to stay for dinner.'' I asked. ''Yeah, thats fine hunny. Dont be home to late.'' She said before i said ''Okay, love you. Thank you.'' I said before we hung up the phone.

''Your allowed, what did your mum say?'' Ross said before I said ''Yes.'' ''We're having chicken curry.'' Ross said. ''Thats my favourite.'' I said before Ross smiled. ''I hate how we are getting along so well.'' I said before he said ''Why?'' ''Because, your mean to people.'' I said before he said ''No, im not and you know fine well i am not.'' He laughed but was serious at the same time. ''Yeah, to me your not.'' I laughed before he nigded me  for a laugh. ''No, im joking but you can be nice.'' I smiled. He smiled at looked into my eyes. It got awkward so breaking the awkward silence i looked away. ''Shall we go down stairs.'' I asked before he said ''Yeah, lets go.'' 

We walked downstairs with no books or bags, just ourselfs and everyone in his house turned. ''Hey.'' Ross said as i smiled. ''Hi.'' I said as Ross jumped on the couch. ''Amelia,. you can sit down you know.'' ''Yeah, thank you.'' I said sitting down on the seat that was availible. ''So your Ross' girlfriend.'' His Dad mark said. ''Umm, no.'' I smiled awkwardly. ''Oh, sorry.'' ''Haha, its okay.'' I laughed awkwardly again. ''Amelia, i am so jelous of your outfit.'' Rydel said. Rydel was wearing a black and white skirt and a top that had rock and roll on it and then black boots. ''Thank you, but your outfit is amazing aswell.''I said as she thanked me and smiled. ''Dinner.'' Stormie shouted coming from the kitchen. We sat down at the table and started to eat.

Nobody really talked untill the awkward silence broke  by everyone starting to talk. It got funnier and i got on with everyone well even Ross?

A few hours past and i had my books and bag and said ''Guys, i am sorry, i need to head home now.'' I said before they all said ''Aw, okay.'' I hugged them all and then said ''Thank you so much for dinner, it was amazing.'' ''Aw thank you, your such a nice girl.'' Stormie said. ''Thank you.'' I smiled and then Ross walked me to the door. ''I will see you tomorrow?'' I said before he said ''Yeah.'' He pulled me into a hug and as we hugged we both said ''Bye.'' 

I walked out and Ross shut the door. 

I reached my front door and walked through to my Mum, Dad and little sister having a game of monoply. ''Having fun?'' I said as they looked up. ''Hi, hunni. You look cute.'' My mum said before i said ''Thank you.'' ''Wanna play?'' My mum said before i said ''No, thanks. I am going to pop into the shower.'' I said before walking up stairs. I jumped into the shower and washed my hair and body and then hopped out. I wrapped my towel around me and walked into my bedroom. My bed room is pink and i have a king sized bed and a desk and the best part, a walk in closet. My closet it another room. It has an area for heals and shoes and an area for acsessories, underwear and bras and then part for my tops and part for my trousers (pants). (Dont worry, im not rich. Thats the only big expensive thing really. Apart from that we have a normal house and are crazy people.)

I put on my pink onesie and my white hugs. (Authors note: Guys,i just want to point out that Amelia is really pretty and has long blonde hair and is thin. Not too thin that she looks like a stick but thin enough so not fat and not pure skinney.)

I walked into the kitchen and made some hot chocolate and a piece of nutella. I then went to my bedroom and sat on my Iphone for a while. I got a call from my best friend Iesha and she said ''Hey, Am.'' ''Hey Isha.'' I said laughing because we just gave each other a weird nickname haha. ''You know my party tomorrow (friday) ?'' She said before i said ''Yeah.'' ''Well, Ross and some of his gang want to come, what should i do?'' She said before i said ''I dont know. Its really up to you. If you do say yeah to them tho, remember they are quite mean.'' I said before she said ''Yeah, i will say yes to the ones who i know will behave.'' She said before i said ''Okay, well i will tell Ross to tell them to be pleasent and present.'' ''Thank you.'' She thanked me. Then we hung up.

Yeah, yeah. I know what your thinking. 'Iesha is your bestfriend?' Yes she is. I know again your thinking 'What about Lola?' and yes Lola is my best friend but Iesha is my bestest friend, more like a sister. I love them both equally.

Once i had hung up the phone, my wee sister Summer jumped up. Me and my sister are best friends because we are so close. ''Come here you.'' I said as she hugged me. She crawled under the covers and watched me on my phone. After a half an hour of laughing with my 8 year old sister my dad shouted ''Summer, bed time.'' ''Night night, Amelia.'' Summer said before i said ''Night summer.'' She kissed my cheek and then ran out to her room. ''Night, mum, night, dad. Love yous, see yous tomorrow.'' I shouted before they shouted ''Night baby, love you, see yous tomorrow.''

I shut down my phone and then i placed my empty cup on the counter next to my bed. I turned my light off and then went to bed and drifted off to sleep.
