Chapter One
As I walk down the hall with my bestfriend, Aubrey Knight, I notice Cassidy Winters and her boyfriend Chad Hudson staring at me. Getting ready to laugh at me.
"Oh look Chad, its loser Hope Dawson. " she says laughing. Cassidy is a rich blonde girl. Tannish Skin, perfect hair, and super popular. Followed up by beauty and Straight A's in every class and Athletic-ness.
I have all that too. Except, I don't flaunt it. Infact I do the exact opposite, which is hide it. I didnt join any sports because all my 'teammates'' would do is laugh at me. The only difference is our hair. My Hair is brunette and not blonde. I wear mine in a ponytail, while she wears hers free.
Never have I let my hair down. At school anyway. My mother, neighbors, and bestfriend, say im beautiful with it down, because, you know they see me out of my 'sheild', but i don't agree. I also have straight A's, even in P.E which is the worst class ever.
"Yeah, I see her. " Chad says. I really hate him. I mean ... When u think about it... not really. He's kind of cute... but he continues to make fun of me. Aubrey thinks that he checks me out but i don't think so. The days that Cassidy are absent are the days that he's sweet to me so i know she makes him bully me.
Cassidy walks up to me and knocks my books out of my hand. "Oops" she says, laughing as she walks away and Chad
follows.
I get on my knees and pick up my books and Aubrey helps.
"Hey Aubrey. " Tyler Wesley says. I can tell from the deep, charming voice.
Tyler is Aubrey's crush and boy bestie. Sadly he is also Chads best friend. He makes fun of me and Aubrey at times but then apologizes after school.
"Hey," she says smiling. She looks at me as if she's asking if she could walk with him to class. I nod and she gets up and leaves.
I stand up and the bell rings. As i walk to class, i think to myself will this day go well?

"Today was horrible! Aubrey, Chad is now my partner in almost every class! " I say as i lay down on her bed.
"Yenno what Hope, you need a make over. " she says as she pulls out some skinny jeans and a pink,black, and white shirt in a native design."Come early tomorrow morning. We have work to do. "
