Billy Joe

(Ed's note:Cristina is a highly clairvoyant person, a psychiatrist by profession at a provincial hospital. This story was her first case from collage. She is a consultant for non-paranormal cases to validate the claims of people who are said to be gifted and with possession/exorcism cases.)

        There was thise kid named Billy Joe, he was my neighbour's son who is let us said told to be bi-polar and to the edge of becoming a schizophrenic. When he was at the young age, he is a sweet kid who like to play basketball and pinoy style football. At the birth of his sister, things greatly changed.

           You would ask me why am i writing about this boy when the topic is about ghosts and huntings? One thing, his bi-polar is somthing that is brouth about an unseen being. Once he sat in front of my store and was talking to someone. He was talking about a toy tank and soldiers fighting; his story was in great details that only a veteran would be that specific. When i ask him about it, he told me artillrey that would only exist during the japanese war. He would stay until late at night , or wntil we close our store.

            His father established a small reastaurant , where he was told to cover him when he would be gambling at the nearby friend's place. The waiters and cooks would be amazed at Billy that we woud be serving up water to several empty seats saying that his "friend" are there for a drink. They asked who they are, he replied they are soldiers from the nearby campsite.

              Sometimes his parents would beat him up (for reasons i really don't know) and put all of their attention to his sister. His condition indeed woresns; he was enrolled to a special school where his teacher would also complain of him talking to someone who's not there. They even advised him to see a doctor, but due to fiancial constraints, they just left the boy like that.

             One afternoon, I knew that his mother scolded him for buying a pellet gun, he went out passed by my store and was waving his hasnd frantically and was arguing with someone. I folowede him as he went to an empty lot and ii found him beating something invisible up. I took his arm and ask him what is going on; there I felt a presence near me. he said nothing and ran.

                 The next morning I asked his mother about who is Billy Joe talking to, she said that he is like that when he 'goes crazy'. Trying not to contract here, i just kept my observations to myselft. Billy Joe once again stayed in front of my store that afternon and talked to his"friends". I sat down beside him and asked who they are and why are they talking to him.

                                                Soldier with a Missim 

                       He told me about a man who is clad in green. Some days, Bill Joe would immitate his combat tactics when he's playing with other kids. When I ask why he is talking to him, he replied that he was looking for a Stg.Velez, but in any effort the gost cannot find the said person and that he got "trapped" in this place. The last thing the ghost rememberd was that was walking going to Manila to seek refuge, but his felow soldiers and himself died along the way.

                         This entity converse with Billy Joe as if he was just his age, they both have the same love for toy guns, as if they are just two buddies hanging out. Although he reveals his bad side when Billy gets to be scolded upon by his parents, he would be shooting pellets to animal and somtimes woul be violent towards his playmates.

                        There are times this soldier would play baskitball with Billy, only that he gets frustrated when the ghost refuse to shoot the hoops.

                                                    Little Girl in the Playground 

                          Billy Joe spend sometimes alone at the playground with swings and slides. After a fight with the army guy he would retreat to the place, he would speak childish and somtimes would push someone on the swing without anyone on it.

                             He said that the ghost was a little girl who was killed by a moving car as it enters the village. Many people would see the swing move late night . Billy joe was the only onw who can speak with the little girl and tell his pains to her. Sometimes he would bring the girl to his house and play with his sister.

                                                   Bully the Kid 

                                  One time my husband and I saw Billy walking our street waving his hand frantically. As if there was a swarm of flies hanging around him. Almost haft of the day he would act this way, we are close to calling the doctor but it was not our business. When I asked what was going on he said there was this male kid that was throwing stone at him and he cannot stop him.We saw bruises on his back and torso, some were on his forehead. He said that this bully was from his school who committed suicide by putting his head in the bowl to drown after the school threatened to expel him. Billy said that he met this kid when was in the bathroom, he never did left him.

                                            Thise entity was enormously violent with him. He tried everything to shake this ghost but he never left him.

                                              A bully playmate pointed a pellet gun to billy's head, laughing and saying he was crazy , when he got really pissed of the ghost of the bully entered him and threw stones at the neighbour bullies until their neighbours reported them to the barangay.

                                             Many said that Billy is sick in the head . I would agree with them but the cold presence was an indication that he was hunted by these entities. During summer he would  wear  jackets inspire of the humid temperature. Sometimes he would coverse to them via writings during his class, until the teacher recommended him for psychiatric evalutions, but the family shunned them off saying that they would sue the school.

                                              The next summer I ask where was Billy. The mother claimed that he was just taking a short vacaton in the province. When he returned, there wew blackened bruises on his body; they said that a quack doctor treated him and that he is well.

                                               That school year, Billy diead. He was seen with his head inside the toilet drowned; he erased his name on the ID card it was changed to Eric Santamaria, the bully who committed suicide.
