Just so you all know, this is my first actual story since I've come back from 5 years ago. I'm hoping that it goes well.

Melia's pov
You know when they say that things happen for a reason? Well I 100% agree with that. I just didn't know that my life would change this quickly.
1 hour earlier
"Melia, get your ass up. You can't mope forever" Thats the first thing that I woke up to this morning. Reluctantly, I got up and hopped into the shower. I then decided to put in my contacts and brush my teeth before going downstairs to get some breakfast. But when I got down there, I noticed that we were out of my cereal. Today's just going to be a great day. *Note my sarcasm.*
I decided that I'll just run to the coffee shop down the road and get myself some breakfast.
Present time
I'm going to make today great, no matter what's thrown at me. As I said this, something, no someone had practically thrown me on the ground. "Dude. What the hell?" I said as I looked up. I was met with the most beautiful blue eyes that I've ever seen.
Niall's pov
"Oh shit. I'm so sorry." She was the most beautiful girl ever. "I'm sorry too. I should have payed attention to where I was going. I'm just lucky that I hadn't gotten my coffee yet." She says this with a chuckle. "How about I make it up to you and I can buy us some coffee?" I asked while helping her up. "I would love that."
Melia's pov
Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. I'm definitely out of my funk now. Forget about Josh. I've been blessed with someone so much better already. " I'm so bad at this. My apologies. I'm Melia." I reached out to shake his hand but instead he pulls me into a light hug. "And I'm Niall. Now are you sure that you are 100% okay?" Laughing I said, " yes I'm fine. Really. Now I usually go to Das koffeehas for my coffee and muffin if that's where you want to go." "That sounds lovely to me."
By the time we make it there, I am starved. I asked Niall for a mocha latte with a chocolate muffin. He had gotten a black coffee with a chocolate muffin too. Today's going so much better than expected. "Oh my. Niall, I would hate to cut this short but I really have to go or I'll be late to class."
Niall's pov
As disappointed that this wasn't going to last any longer, I just decided to ask her. "Hey I would love to do this again. What do you say?" Thankfully she says, "I'd love that too. Here's my number.—Bye Niall. Text me when you want to get together again." My heart is soaring currently but I confidently get out an okay and she left with that. This is the happiest I've been since I got the news that I was put into a band. I can't wait to tell the lads about this.
